Very nice hotel and super friendly staff, highly recommended

It was clean. The hot spring was spacious. The food was delicious and there was a wide variety of options.

Our family is very satisfied with this itinerary. We like this hotel very much. There is a music performance in the evening. The staff is very polite and the waiter can communicate with us in Cantonese. It is a very personal service.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the facilities are very complete. The Tateiwa Suspension Bridge and the observatory are definitely worth a visit.

The service is very good. There are waiters who can speak Chinese and are very kind. The food was also great, kaiseki was amazing, very good tableside service, traditional Japanese restaurant. There are two public hot spring baths with their own characteristics. The male bath and the female bath are fixed every night, so you can experience both baths. The hot spring quality is very good, the hotel environment is clean and there are many facilities, which is very suitable for family travel. A very recommended hotel.

Compared with the hotels I stayed at before, no one helped with luggage, and there was no moisturizing lotion in the room. You can drink the tap water directly, but the hot water bottle is too big to reach in. There was no ice water prepared in the room. Maybe it was because I was more satisfied with the previous stay and the equipment was more complete, but it seemed a little shabby here. The food was okay. Some of the waiters can also speak Chinese. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs to choose from , but if I come again, I will probably try somewhere else.

The dinner was very rich, a Japanese-style kaiseki meal.

The hotel has a history of 56 years. It is about 8 minutes' walk from Kinugawa Onsen Station. Once you enter the hotel lobby, it is full of Japanese style. The men and women hot spring ♨️ bathrooms are interchanged at the time, so you can't miss the time! Entering the room is a Japanese-style tatami room, with welcome desserts 🍮, and welcome paper cranes. Dinner is local kaiseki cuisine, which looks like a work of art! The hot spring ♨️ has indoor and outdoor open-air baths, as well as a sauna room! The breakfast is also very delicate and delicious. It is a satisfying hot spring trip!

We had an amazing experience. The hotel was sparkling clean and the service was top notch from check in to check out for our family and my parents. The setting is in the mountains and provides a beautiful Onsen with indoor and outdoor facilities. The outdoor setting is very tranquil and really enjoyed the could plunge before taking advantage of the hot springs. The highlight was an amazing prepared breakfast and dinner that was delicious and beautifully presented. Highly recommended if you want a memorable meal stay during your vacation in Japan.
