We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Nikko. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience truly enjoyable. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were delicious. The hotel's amenities, including a public bath, mini market, vending machines, and a cafe, covered all our needs. Additionally, evening events added a nice touch to our stay. Its convenient location, easily accessible from the train station via bus, made exploring Nikko effortless. The complimentary shuttle back to the train station upon check-out was a thoughtful gesture, rounding off a great experience.

Location wise, it will be suggested to either drive a rental car or use taxi service around Nikko Walking is not possible at night as it’s very dark Front desk staff are very polite and helpful 👍 Rooms are clean and brightly lit, worth the price and very cosy Enjoyed the pantry with coffee machine No breakfast area but a toaster, coffee machine and some kitchen appliances are ready for use Beds are comfy

I like the hotel very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. Although the hardware is not very new, the service and atmosphere are really considerate. There are drinks in the lobby, mulled wine and coffee, and a big stove. Come in and sit in the snow. It's so warm and feels like home. ! There is a way to get in from the main road, but there is a shuttle bus, and the uncles and sisters who drive are very nice. One day after hiking, I got off the bus and was thinking that there was still 500 meters of uphill to go back to the hotel when I saw a car next to me coming to pick us up. Oh, I was so moved instantly! It turns out that the bus goes back and forth and waits at the station. Remember that stop is 33A. Dinner is different every day. We stayed for three days, so it was quite satisfactory! Bathing in the hot spring is very good, I especially like the open-air one. There are woods outside. By the way, there are monkeys in the woods, a group of them, they live in harmony! My friend said that he must ask me to mention that there are little baskets to store clothes and other things when bathing. This is very thoughtful.

If you have the conditions, I strongly recommend booking a room with private soup. The experience is so good! Then the most surprising thing is! The hotel's buffet dinner~ The quality is really high~~~~~~There are many people in the restaurant, but in the meal pick-up area, if the juice on each plate is scattered and the dishes are messed up, someone will immediately go to clean it up! I should say that this hotel is the best one in the 16-day trip to Japan. Before we even arrived at the hotel, the waiter started to greet us warmly. The room we booked is very large, enough for 3 people. The Kinu River is outside the window, and you can see the stream when you open the window. The dinner and breakfast are very rich. During dinner, the female captain came over to thank us and even learned Chinese to thank us. All the waiters are very warm and polite. I like this hotel very much.

Very comfortable hotel experience, we stayed for two nights. This home is not central in the daylight, but not far from the main attractions. After booking, the hotel will send an email to inform you of the check-in details. Upon arrival at the Nikko Station, you will be picked up by car. Checkin first sent a drink, sparkling champagne and matcha are very good, and the 跪 service is very thoughtful. We chose two Western-style beds plus tatami. The name of the guest will be affixed to the door of the room. The two people sleep very much. The outside is a beautiful courtyard view. Each room has an independent hot spring. In fact, there are basically no people in the big bath. (Because the hotel rooms are not too much), they are basically exclusive. At the hotel, I tasted two Kaiseki dinners and breakfasts. The patterns were different and the roads were delicious. Each room was arranged in a small box and the privacy was very good. In the morning, there are milk and wheat tea in the hot springs. In the morning, I can go to the sights to play and there are cars that can be sent to the Toshogu Shrine. In the afternoon, I am tired and make a phone call. I immediately have a car to pick up the cards at the designated place. It is also very thoughtful. In short, it is definitely a good hotel that I would recommend to my friends.

The appearance of the hotel is a bit old. Don't miss this hotel because of the appearance! The hotel has a sense of history and there is an introduction on the wall. Although it is very old, it is very clean. The room is quite large and clean. The room facing Kinugawa has a good view, but the sound of running water is very loud, which has no effect on our good sleep. The hotel hot spring is quite large. The men and women hot springs will change places in the morning, and you can experience different pools. The hot spring is clean and there are not many people. You can also scan the code to check whether the hot spring is crowded or not, and go when there are few people. The hotel has free afternoon tea at 3 pm. The snacks are delicious and the ice cream is also very good. The hotel's breakfast and dinner are particularly rich, and every kind of food is delicious. We stayed for three nights and had a great time every day! All the waiters in the hotel are very warm and friendly! The bus from the hotel to the station needs to be booked in advance!

Traditional style hotel, with the interior looking like ryokan, which we really enjoyed (except the dark hallways). Furniture was a bit old but I'll take it as part of the charm. Check-in was instant, the reception staff was hospitable. The onsen was great too, I recommended it. Location is a bit more far then other hotels.
