a gentleman at the front desk was friendly and nice.
absolutely undesirable to have guestrooms at the same floor as the dinning room.
a man was speaking over his phone loudly for about an hour near midnight but no staff took care of the matter.
shower area was unbelievably tiny.

又是巨小的一間酒店，整體衞生不是特別好，感覺毛巾有點臟。但是服務態度不錯，而且酒店下面有餐館和超市，旁邊就是個大商場，説的免費停車是不存在的，停在路邊25歐一天，商場裏24歐一天。交通確實便利，但是房間確實一般了。

직원분들 항상 친절하셔서 첫 여행지인 니스에서 좋은 기억만 남기고 갑니다. 방은 좁았지만 깨끗했고, 모기가 있지만 모기들마저 매너있게 물지를 않더라구요. 숙소 근처가 밝아서 혼자 다니기에도 안전했습니다. 감사합니다~

Отель очень приличный и рекомендую посетить. Понравилось все. Лояльный персонал. Еда однообразна, но хватает всего.

位置非常非常方便，就在海邊和火車中間。出門有Monoprix超市還有商場，吃飯逛街都超級方便。
服務也不錯，就是房間有點舊，廁所太小太小。

I stayed in Nice for 4 nights with my friend, we really like this hotel. Firsr, the staffs are warm hearted and give us a great service. We spent a nice time in Nice, next time we will choose this hotel again!

The staff at hotel nice were amazing and helpful even calling and making resurvations for us. The room was pleasent. A couch, safe, small balcony. And the breakfast was very much a taste of nice. Close to everything including trams and train. We really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend.

Great hotel for really affordable price. Great location, close to the beach, Old Town and train station.
Basic but good breakfast.
Would definitely come back (although not sure if I ever wish to go back to Nice…)

Room was ok but bathroom small and bathroom door could not be opened fully due to a desk being in the way. Had a problem with the shower handle on the last evening and couldn't turn it off. A member of staff, Alessandro, was most helpful and the following morning Katerina was brilliant in enabling us to have a shower elsewhere in the hotel. This is a good 3 star hotel which we have stayed at before and the service has been excellent on every occasion.

I arrived at the hotel about 12:00 hrs, they said room will not be ready before 14:00 hrs. as I had some business meetings to attend I left my luggage, gave a copy of my passport and left. When I cambe back to hotek in the evening after dinner, front office said there is a technical problem in my room and there is no room available and hence they made a reservation for me at another hotel. so, I had to move my luggage, walk about 15 min in a shady street of Nice to find the other hotel which was fine itself though located in a bad neighborhood and shady street.
