The location is very good, close to the train station, very clean, the overall style is very distinctive, historical buildings, and the service is also very good. Relaxed and comfortable, there are several French restaurants with good value for money nearby.

My partner (now fiancée) and I had a pleasant stay in the hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive. I would definitely recommend the hotel, and the view of the sea, which you can admire from the restaurant, is a highlight!

Pros: Beautiful room with a wonderful view of the sea. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Location was flawless. Cons: The breakfast was amazing, but the options were the same every day without any changes. Gym was almost non-existent. The dinner options were heavily mushroom/truffle focused which made it difficult for me who suffers with allergies to them.

Excellent hotel that I want to return to! Breakfast can be made cheaper, this is one wish and the second, in the lobby I would still like to have a bar counter. But the hotel is excellent, in August I will be on a summer vacation. See you)

My second stay in this magical establishment opposite the Paillon promenade or “green corridor” with its superb water jets. 2 minutes from Place Massena. Magnificent hotel architecture with friendly and caring staff. Delicious breakfast with a very large choice of quality products (during my first visit there was an Exquisite Tonka bean cake, too bad)! Thanks again to the whole team. During my next stay I plan to return to this wonderful establishment (don't forget this famous cake😋) and thank you to the Trip site for its services.

Sorry to say it's not worth what I've spent. Being 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids under 3yo) the ”family room” is insufficient in terms of overall space, size of main bed, and comfort of couch/bed. The room is a typical single room with one additional couch. Once the couch is open, there is no space to walk. The main bed is queen-sized, and the sofa is even smaller, and it is very, very uncomfortable. I consider it an inferior room, considering I've paid +500€ per night. Position-wise, the hotel is quite far from the center (5-6 tram stops) and very close to the airport, so you could hear the planes landing and taking off quite often. I'm not a big fan of beaches with pebbles, but Nice is like this. What is very unfortunate is that the beach in front of the hotel only opens at 10 a.m., which is just too late for a family travelling to the seaside in summer. The breakfast was very good.

Negresco is probably the best hotel in the area. It has a collection of 6,000 pieces of art. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are large, but the layout is messy and tasteless, like a hodgepodge. The rooms are partially renovated and some facilities are a bit old, such as the beds. But the hotel is in a very good location and the hotel's private beach is beautiful. The view is excellent!

Everything is good, but please note the room type, the balcony photos are not the same as the actual ones. Some have large balconies and some have small balconies. I asked the front desk, and he said that it was normal for the room in the picture to be different. I asked him if he doesn’t rely on pictures for reference when booking hotels? What's the point if what you give is not the same. All he knows is to say sorry 🙈🙈 Despite the fact that the location is great~ but Uber and the like are not allowed to park in front of the hotel. It takes some walking. Breakfast was mediocre.

Very good hotel located in the center of Nice. Everything is within walking distance. Only a few steps to the Promenade des Anglais. Very comfortable beds, well organized room. Breakfast in a restaurant on the 8th floor with a view of the roof of Nice. A very rich breakfast buffet with hot dishes (scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon) and cold meats, delicious cheeses, vegetables, fruits and excellent sweet pastries and jams. The only minus is the poor quality coffee. Comfortable lobby with plenty of places to sit. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool and spa. The overall very good impression of the hotel was spoiled by the unsympathetic and unhelpful reception staff. Check-in took a very long time and was the worst experience of staying at this hotel. The breakfast service was very good, helpful and nice.

Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat.
