Stayed here with my wife for a couple nights and this hotel is quite good but not without a few flaws. The rooms are well appointed and clean but in need of some maintenance if you want to charge $600/night. For example the shower was moldy, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and very noisy HVAC systems. The outdoor pool was very nice but poolside service was scarce. You basically had to walk inside the hotel to the bar and get your own. The main restaurant was quite good at dinner but brunch was pretty disappointing. For $40 per plate I expected a much better selection of food and service was lacking. The location of this hotel is ideal if you’re interested in visiting a few wineries or simply walking through NOTL which is a beautiful little town (15min walk away). There’s also a botanical-like park/garden across the street from the hotel which is a must-see.

First time away with partner. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable. Room was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend checking out 100 Fountain Spa. Massage was so relaxing. Our experience was beyond our expectations. Absolutely amazing
