Ulasan Holiday Inn Niagara Falls State Park Entry

It’s an old hotel so a lot of the interior feels old. Service from the reception is good. They even taught you on how to get around the Falls. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water and slippers. Other than that beds are comfortable and room was big.

Although no breakfast provided, but I really appreciated the 24hours complimentary coffee, tea and hot water at the lobby. Definitely recommend this place if you wish for a cozy nights at Niagara Falls, strategic location and comfortable hotel. Niagara park is just a few steps away!

Old style hotel. Breakfast you need to go to the adjacent bar structure. Room was not cleaned after 1st night. An inconvenience with the bill, the guy at the front desk was charging for the reservation payed already online. Thankfully we received notice and the next day the lady at the desk helped to release the hold on the credit card.

The hotel charged me $324 and when asked they said casually it was an error. They haven’t refunded my $324 yet. It’s been a week. Very disappointed.. their staff was not helpful and I need help regarding my refund

Location is good just 3 minute ride to Niagara Falls State Park, room is wide. Over all we have a great stay and they allowed us to extend 1 hour since we checked in late. Will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Bathroom was. Very dirty . Morning manger attitude was very rude and not corporative at all.

Easy check in, its $22 for parking but there are plenty of free spaces as well near the hotel. Good size room, bathroom was just ok, shower pressure was non existant.

$20 parking not mentioned. And no breakfast? Would have sworn that was included. Caveat Emptor

It is OK. No surprises. But overall all hotels are worse after Covid.

Good location! It's walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park about 6 min. The room was big enough, a little outdated room but the bed was great and comfortable. It's perfect place if you are looking for an affordable room just for sleep. Generally, hotels in NY side of Niagara Falls are outdated to compare to Canadian side. I am satisfied with this stay!

I booked a hotel by mistake on USA side and when I try to negotiate they are unable to do that even though making them clear before the check in time. They don’t care about guest they are just after Money

The hotel swimming pool was not functional. There was no water in the room. Had to pay for parking even though I was a guest in the hotel. Expected better from Holiday Inn but the quality and service has degraded a lot.

Location is perfect, close to falls by walk.

I've stayed twice now at this hotel. Service was great both times, the room is large and well-equipped but the beds are quite soft. There's a coffee machine, mini fridge, and a microwave in the room. The bathroom is quite small and is the part that lets the room down
