PPavelMostly good - the room is okay, the view is beautiful. Some stains on the floor. It was a seaview room, and when it was windy, the howling was very loud. Hot water pressure is low. In the mornings, you can hear a bell ringing from somewhere and some very loud music as early as 6 am. The staff at the reception is very helpful - I wanted to rent a motorbike, and they've arranged this for me (there's not really much to see around if you go by foot).

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is okay, not those hotel located just across the harbour front but it is quiet and convenient enough. The hotel exterior no need to mentioned but very nice and cozy. Hotel room is huge and my husband and I slept like babies all 4 nights straight, the mattress and pillows are just perfect.
Their buffet breakfast is not the type could surprise you but be fair they are okay with the taste and variety. Staff are very nice there and welcoming you as always.
Special thanks to receptionist Nov Anh, she is very professional with all the questions and enquiries you made. Other staff may not quite understand what you were asking but they all try their best to accommodate while your stay.
Potique Hotel has a private beach in front of Novotel Hotel, we went there twice and enjoyed very much. They provide towels and sunbath chairs with umbrella. Sadly the service close at 5pm, but you can still keep their towels with you after 5pm and pass them to reception when you finish.
Apart from this, one day I came back early (around 1-2pm) and probably disturb the cleaning ladies. I already mention we will stay outside at sitting area and wait until they finish, but seems she still get pissed with us with a sad face. That night we don’t have enough tissue paper and toilet roll inside the room…..
Overall, I enjoyed our stay very very much, friendly staff is what delighted us always when we come back from travelling outside. Thank you for providing us a special stay at Nha Trang.

SStefanThis hotel is highly recommended, even for discerning international guests. We felt very comfortable throughout and would have liked to have stayed longer. Very friendly and well-trained staff, exceptionally good cuisine and a very nice, clean and well-kept area. The sea view villas are top quality and very well equipped. We had a problem extending our booking and the very friendly General Manager took care of it personally and solved the problem quickly, easily and to our complete satisfaction. Thanks a lot for this! There really isn't anything to complain about here at the Hotel Amiana, which is why we give it 5 stars, which we rarely award otherwise! A great highlight of our Vietnam trip! A big thank you to the entire staff, you guys are great! ;)

Hotel didn’t attend about paying for early check in (200.000vnd) they were saying “yes it can be at that time” I said “okay sure I can wait”, so it wasn’t check in at that time I really came , I was waiting for 2hours. When he said “u can go to ur room! But it’s 200k vnd for early check in!” I was surprised cuz why u can’t tell me before, when I asked u?! Receptionists weren’t helpful! Next one: they charge for water! ******* water! Water that includes in the room, I didn’t ask additional water, I used bottles in room. They charged me to pay for water?! Water that is not a compliment for guest anymore, it’s recourse to stay alive for humanity, especially in such weather like in Nha Trang, it’s so petty and inhumane!!!Rooms there not that cheap and they have issue with free water for drinking? Gosh. Same problem that u paying too much but nobody cares in this hotel about ur personal boundaries, something simple like to keep silence on a hallway. 5am kids are running and screaming in a hallway and knocking to the doors while they playing, why should I wake up in the morning and argue with those people about their kids?! Why should I say elementary rules to save silent and don’t bother to others???! Next one : after kids (argued and they left hallway, I came back to sleep again, BUT : came cleaning service 2hours later and with noise “cleaning cleaaaaaning cleaaaaaaaniiing” knocked cleaning service (I was like a parrot to repeat three times “thank u , not now, I don’t need it now and I pressed button before To not disturb “, why do they do this I can’t understand?! I paid for 2nights at this hotel I checked in earlier than 2pm , it was 11am or sth, they charged me for this! But situation that I left hotel earlier on a big half of the day, nobody cares and nobody gave me back money I didn’t use for living?! *** ?! What’s wrong with this hotel and those people which works in this hotel? I dunno!,

DDenis KhotkoExcellent hotel. The staff is friendly and kind. We booked a suite and it was a pleasant complement to see a note and a basket of fruits on the table as we checked in. The buffet at breakfast has a variety of food. The view from the bathroom and the dining room was perfect. The swimming pool is panoramic but the water was very cold because of the season i suppose. We loved the hotel so much so we decided to extended it. In total we spend 3 weeks. I strongly recommend.

QqnqtranWe really enjoyed our stay during the holiday season at Panama Nha Trang! This hotel has a great location right next to the beach of Nha Trang and is located in a predominant tourist area. They do a great job of welcoming you into the hotel and offering you a lemon tea as they check you in and bring your stuff up. Staff are very friendly as well. One thing that I did not anticipate and that I felt was not clearly expressed to me prior to booking was paying the $50/500k deposit. You do receive your money back upon check-out but that was an unexpected fee -especially when they only take cash. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and modern. The hotel has 30 floors with a great rooftop view on the top deck with pool, and a breakfast buffet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was quite nice quite a variety of options including dim sum, freshly cooked brunch items, and classic Western breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs. The hotel caters to a lot of tour groups so you can expect busloads of tourists from overseas as well.
I really appreciate the supportive staff when we visited. Unfortunately during our visit, we got scammed by the taxi drivers in the area and he was trying to get us to agree to a drive to the airport. The staff were incredibly supportive in helping us get away from him and we felt really protected from the upsetting experience. We absolutely recommend this hotel again for the staff that goes above and beyond!!

The first night was at the 5th floor which is quite noisy with the street and the beach bars around
We spent the 3 others nights at the 24th floor after requested a move to the hotel stuff (they did a good job proposing us several options)
The view at the 24th floor is just amazing
The room is confortable and quite large
The hotel has a swimming rooftop as well perfect for chilling
It’s situated very near the beach (just need to cross the road)
It was my birthday and the hotel stuff offered me a birthday cake (very nice from them) 😁

인인도사이다This is the place I stayed to rest before going to the airport on the last day. It's close to Dam Market and Lotte Mart, so it's good for last-minute shopping. However, there are a lot of Chinese group tourists and the staff hardly speak English. After checking in, the elevator broke down and one Chinese person got trapped...

GGuest UserThe main benefit is definitely the location, it's not far from the the downtown of Nha Trang, so in comparison to other resorts, here you can order a taxi and get to the city center within 10-20 minutes. The resort itself is great, everything is new and clean, very scenic view from the lobby, the staff is polite and caring. Breakfasts are tasty. The terrirory (beach and alleys) is not big, but on the other hand the resort has two swimming pools, so it was easy enough to find a sun lounger even during busy hours.
I would recommend this type of vacation experience for families with children, as imho for couples and lone travellers this kind of resort would be a little bit boring and for the families with kids all conditions are provided: children can enjoy the swimming pool and parents can chill under the sun.
