Good hotel and staff, but there were some problems, as I will describe below. The hotel is very conveniently located. It stands in a small, quiet dead-end street with almost no traffic. At the same time, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and the sea, and some rooms have a sea view. Another advantage is that in less than a one-minute walk you can find several cafes with good food, shops, laundries, and spa and massage salons. Also, this place is almost in the center of the European Quarter, five minutes from the Night Market and Lotus Tower. The hotel itself is not large but quite comfortable. The room met our expectations and looked like the photos. It was clean, with good beds and bedding. Cleaning and changing towels and sheets happened regularly. The quality was not perfect but still good. Every day we found a couple of bottles of drinking water, and other supplies were refreshed. The soundproofing was quite good—noise from other rooms did not bother us much, and street noise was not a problem either. For a city hotel, our room was rather quiet. The air conditioner was good, an inverter type—effective and silent. Our room had two balconies. On one, the outdoor AC unit helped dry our swimsuits with its warm air. On the other balcony, we spent time enjoying the sea, the promenade, and the beach, and sometimes watched concerts held in the square by Lotus Tower. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which was very nice! I visited the pool on the 7th floor a couple of times. It is small, but you can splash around. It was pleasant to refresh myself there after sleeping. Overall impressions of the hotel are positive. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will very likely try to stay at the same hotel. As for downsides—when we arrived there was a mix-up with our reservation. The hotel had lost our booking and was not expecting us. The room we had booked was not available. But the staff handled the situation well. They gave us another room for the first three days (a bit worse, but it was a room), and then they moved us to our reserved room.
