I have a large spotless room with balcony ,with very comfortable bed and had breathtaking views of the beach.The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort. I loved the delicious breakfast buffet. A special thanks restaurant manager Nhat Linh,who demonstrate especiall leadership and professionalism The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, beach beds provided , excellent gym with modern equipment,I will definitely be back and highly recommend this gem as the one of the best place to stay in Nha Trang!

It’s a new hotel and it seems like they didn’t finish all the construction things, during our stay they were installing the door so we couldn’t use the main entrance of the hotel. On our last day they had a photo shoot of the hotel so all the morning a lot of people were walking everywhere and taking pictures they even asked me to leave the gym because of it. By the way the gym is too small. Also one side of the building is facing the other building under construction, unfortunately we had the room with this view. The sauna is not free. The breakfast’s verity is too poor. But there are some positive things like rooms, since the hotel is new rooms are also new and well furnished. I can recommend the hotel but not now, maybe in a month or two when they fix all the construction things.

I arrived late in the evening for check-in, but the staff greeted me warmly and provided quick assistance. Their hospitality made a great first impression! The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options, keeping it exciting and enjoyable for all 4 days of my stay. The rooftop swimming pool is not only beautiful but also perfect for capturing amazing photos. Love it ❤️

Had a great time at Havana hotel. kindness of staff and service. Allow me to use beach parasol, swimming pool, and sauna even after checking out. Food was also good to my family at least. Direct turnel between hotel and beach without accross the road. But one sorry point for me who like sauna is that there is no hot bath but only with cold bath. Of course, wed and dry sauna are good.

This is the hotel where I stayed the longest in this trip to Vietnam. The hygiene is very good and the environment is very nice. We booked a sea view room. Due to the room type, we can only see part of the sea view because it is blocked by the building next to it. It is a pity that the breakfast has nothing to do with the breakfast of the InterContinental Hotel. The guests who stay in the hotel have breakfast in a restaurant downstairs. It is a fixed set meal with only one rice noodle and a drink. If you book a room with breakfast, the cost performance is too low. There are many delicious places to go around. Finally, let me talk about the service, which is the best aspect here. Mr. Hao and Ms. Tam, who received me, and other people are also very good. Every time there is something, they are very patient and enthusiastic to help solve it, which makes us feel very warm.

In the enchanting realm of Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang, my brief sojourn spanned two sun-kissed days and one moonlit night. Stepping into the grandeur of the reception hall, I was enveloped by a wave of warmth and hospitality emanating from the staff like a gentle ocean breeze. Among them, stood out Miss Yen Nii, a paragon of professionalism and beauty, with an aura of kindness that embraced us throughout our check-in journey. Her assistance was not just service; it was a symphony of care and attention that resonated with gratitude in my heart. As we parted ways at the end of our transaction, her smile lingered like a treasured memory that beckoned me to return once more. The resort itself was a paradise nestled against a pristine white sandy beach, offering vistas that were nothing short of breathtaking. The allure of Vinpearl Wonderland and the myriad activities at hand added layers of excitement to our stay, painting each moment with vibrant hues of joy and adventure. My stay at Vinpearl Resort Nha Trang was akin to stepping into a vibrant tapestry woven with threads of luxury, serenity, and boundless joy - an experience etched in my memory forevermore.

We liked our stay a lot. The hotel,the pool, beautiful private beach are great. Rooms could use a change of interior but its clean but certainly bit outdated. Good breakfast. Easy transport with the cable cart or shuttle boat to downtown. Since there was a management company change you can see there’s lots of improvement opportunities. E.g. no calling system around the pool to order food or drinks so you have to go to them. Not able to generate a total bill since they split before noon and afternoon bills so guests will have to swipe their cc card twice. Without saying they will charge separately. Extending your stay with a day resulted in our room card not working and not recognizing us at pool when ordering etc. All said we believe they will work out these small nuances and will be back certainly.

Good choice for families to have holidays. The check-in location is at Vinpearl harbour of Nha Trang and then hotel boat brings you to the location. Because resort is situated in the island therefore sea is quite calm, clean and beach sand is very soft. Bungalows are quite wide, situated in natural areas. Pool is great and deep. Service is ok in general, some small adjustments would be good like enough menus in the restaurant, towels could be refreshed, breakfast is fine etc. We didn’t try spa, therefore can’t comment it.

Mmm…..How should I put it? I originally wanted to choose a family trip…but after thinking about it, I decided to choose a couple trip. Let me tell you a few points. Let’s make it clear first. 1: The hotel is very new, the facilities are very new, the hotel is at the very edge of the bay, the scenery is nice, but we came from Anan, and apart from being new and having good facilities, there are no other advantages. 2: There are staff at the front desk who can speak a little Chinese. After staying for three days, the best experience is that there are staff members doing handicrafts in the children's center. They will patiently guide the children to do handicrafts and will allow us to participate again when the time is almost up. The experience is good, communication is easy, and the finished handicrafts can be taken away. Let’s talk about the shortcomings. 1: The breakfast restaurant is average, with a wide variety of items and enough to eat, but the service attitude is not very good. There are quite a lot of Koreans in the hotel. I don’t know if it’s because I spoke too loudly (I just said to bring a babysit, and I said it several times). There were elderly people at the table, and the table next to them put chopsticks, but our table didn’t put chopsticks and paper towels. Don’t say I’m sensitive, the facts are here, and the way he looked at you was not particularly kind. Then we had to start queuing at 9 o'clock in the morning, maybe it was because of the Chinese New Year. 2: The bed I usually sleep on at home is of medium hardness. I slept there for 5 days in Anan. I wouldn’t say I slept very well, but I could always fall asleep. The beds here are very high (I’m 162cm tall) and very hard... My bones ached when I got up the next day. My mother couldn’t sleep well either, for three days in a row. My husband, too, felt a little sore and uncomfortable from sleeping. You can try it. 3: The hotel’s own restaurant is a bit expensive 7 adults and a 2-year-old baby spent more than 5,500 RMB but still weren't full. Three people ordered 12-set omakase, and four people ordered 7-course omakase. Maybe I'm a country bumpkin and haven't eaten the top Japanese food in China... but I wasn't starving... The desserts were also perfunctory, especially the 12-course sushi set. If you're not satisfied, you can try it. The ingredients are fresh, but I don't recommend eating Japanese food here. The average cost per person is 700-800. I didn't eat at the Spanish restaurant downstairs because I heard it was more expensive. 4: This is the worst experience. I checked out of the hotel yesterday. We paid 15 million VND as a deposit with a credit card. When we checked out, the staff said it would take 14 working days to return the deposit... Mmmmm (there is still a building next to the hotel, are you sure they are not using the money to build the building or for short-term investment...) When we checked out in Anan, the deposit was returned on the same day. After my repeated questioning, they said it might take about 7 days. I saw on Xiaohongshu before that there were cases of credit card fraud and wrong payment... This is hard to comment on. 5: Maybe it’s in the bay, there’s no mountain to block the view, the wind is too strong, the temperature feels a few degrees lower than in the city, it’s been so cold these days… In short, this is a hotel I will not return to if I come to Nha Trang. You can judge for yourself.
