As a previous traveller stated. Faulty towers are an improvement. We were put in the dreaded Room 7! Nothing had changed since the awful review. I do not understand why not. The bathroom was so unhygienic. It was filthy from the bath mat, shower screen, and toilet brush( disgusting). Stains on towels,( bought our own). The pillows smelt of sweat, the duvet was ripped, couldn't close the window. The hairdryer didn't work! All in all very nasty experience. When we left the young fellow said ' you should have said. As if he didn't have a clue. We did have money taken off our stay. In hindsite, we should have left on the first day. Please please do not book here, then maybe the owners will realise something needs doing.
