Skyline Guesthouse

We have just stayed for 3 nights in the garden annexe which suited us well. We had a lovely warm welcome from Agnes & Ghani on arrival. The annexe is in the rear garden and had a double bed, bathroom with shower, tv with a fire stick which was handy and a small kitchen and fridge. The room was nice and quite and everything was clean. My only tip would to put black out blinds in and add some newer cooking wear like a non stick frying pan & utensils. The main hub of Newquay is a 10 min stroll and there is a co-op and bakery just over the road. We didn't eat in the main B&B building as i have too many dietary issues to bother people with! But im sure it would have been lovely looking at the options available. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and good value for money for the time of year.

Agnes and her husband genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. If you’re looking for a place that’s friendly, comfortable, and run by people who truly care, this is the one. We couldn’t recommend it more — book it! We stayed for just one night and wish we stayed longer. Agnes and Ghani were great hosts and were so welcoming, chatty and had really good knowledge of the area. The room was clean, well stocked with everything we needed and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was extra tasty, I had the eggs benedict, the poached eggs were cooked to perfection....I can never get them like that ! My husband had the full English which looked good too. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Lusty Glaze the best beach in our opinion. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6am cold swim at Lusty Glaze which you can access on the smugglers track if the gate is locked. The addition of private parking was an added bonus at the Skyline Guest House. We highly recommend booking the Skyline guest house if you are ever in Newquay.
