Great hotel with a view of the beach. Very good price when you book in advance. The hotel let us check in early which was nice too. Radiator was hot, and warmed our room after a winter surf. You have to pay £3 for Wifi though.

Came here with my family for a night away as a pre Mother’s Day treat. Requested a cot prior to coming which was no problem what so ever. Also asked if possible to have a sea view room - as my eldest loved it last time, again no problem. Amazing. Room was spotless & spacious. It was nice and quiet during the night also which was an added bonus especially with a baby in tow! Checking in was easy & was greeted by a lovely receptionist ( sorry, I can’t remember your name! ) Room 109 - request it!

Excellent location and central to the coastal walks and Fistral Beach. Shops nearby for food ( Aldi, Tesco, Morrisons ) as well as some local cafes and eating places. A few minutes away from the Harbour and the fish restaurants. Just on top of the Aldi and it’s car park which helps with dropping of bags etc, use the nearby roads for some free parking ( about 7 mins away ). Some rooms have amazing views! If not then still are great location from which ti explore the coast. The staff are wonderful and super helpful, great smiles and always there to help.

Definitely ask for a sea view room. Large windows are perfect. Although, the weather wasn’t great, we loved the view. Great location. There’s some free street parking near police station if you are lucky enough to get a space.

Every time I have started at this location the staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and my last 2 stays Katherine has made sure that I have a sea view. The bed is extremely comfortable and as someone who has trouble sleeping I sleep very well in the beds the room is very clean with access to tea and coffee. I highly recommend this hotel.

The windows only open small amount and no aircon, horrid in the July we just spent there. Will be good if colder months but we were only given another fan to compensate. Parking was good at asda, cheaper if you use just park instead on travelodge link. Ideal location with everything around. Seagulls are very loud, if had aircon wouldn't have needed the small slit of window open they allow due to a cable lock so wouldn't hear them as could have it closed. We didnt have any view not even sky was a nook in the corner with wall view. The hotel itself was quiet over night so there's that. Free to come and go upto early hours as you have your key card to get in from outside. If this place had aircon would have said probably most convenient and ideal hotel in area for price.

Good hotel but fantastic staff. Cześć Patricia i Regina x x x x My room was huge, with one double and two single beds. Shower and bath in a well appointed bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities topped up daily. Bundles of fluffy towels. Awesome location, you are right on the seafront within walking distance of everything.

When we arrived, the room had a bad smell and there was a hole in the bathtub, so we asked to be moved. The lady at reception was very kind and helpful. However, the rooms are extremely hot, and even at night it’s impossible to cool them down, as the window doesn’t open fully. There’s no air conditioning, just a small fan. No car park and hair dryer. Unfortunately, £130 for one night didn’t feel worth
