Great hotel with a view of the beach. Very good price when you book in advance. The hotel let us check in early which was nice too. Radiator was hot, and warmed our room after a winter surf. You have to pay £3 for Wifi though.

Came here with my family for a night away as a pre Mother’s Day treat. Requested a cot prior to coming which was no problem what so ever. Also asked if possible to have a sea view room - as my eldest loved it last time, again no problem. Amazing. Room was spotless & spacious. It was nice and quiet during the night also which was an added bonus especially with a baby in tow! Checking in was easy & was greeted by a lovely receptionist ( sorry, I can’t remember your name! ) Room 109 - request it!

The hotel is perfectly located—close to all major attractions, train stations, the city centre, and the beach. Our sea-facing room was clean, well-maintained, and offered a stunning view. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive to every need. We enjoyed breakfast all 3 mornings during our stay—it was fresh, hot, and consistently replenished. A truly calming and wonderful experience overall. We absolutely loved the city and will definitely return to this hotel on our next visit!

Staff are particularly nice at this hotel, which is very conveniently placed near the centre of town with loads of great walks nearby too. Regina, who was on duty in the bar café in the evening, was especially lovely. Decent food very convenient and appreciated after a long work day. Great stay.

Lovely stay, Jay who greeted us on reception was really helpful and kind! We paid for early check in (12pm) but arrived at 10.30am hoping to just be able to leave our suitcase while we went for food, however since it was ready after checking, Jay got us checked into our room then (at 10.30am), we also got given a sea view room which we weren’t expecting! Made the start to our trip so much better! Thank Jay😀

The staff were all very helpful, happy and accommodating. A special mention for Regina she was excellent whatever our requirements she she tended to them with a smile and was very attentive. A big up to all of the staff aswell. The food was too a good standard.

The staff here are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Jay and the team went above and beyond to help me, such fantastic customer service! The room had a sea view and was so clean. The hotel is in a great location within a few minutes walk of access to Great Western Beach. Great value, would recommend a stay here.
