The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family home in downtown Newport. Located a short walk to many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The house is on a heavily trafficed street, there is a potential for noise. The comfortable living room offers ample seating and is great for lounging, while the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There is a washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom there is a Queen. The TV in the living room is equipped with Chromecast, great for streaming all your favorite apps, and the kitchen offers all the fixings for a morning cup of coffee. I am easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns but will leave guests alone during their stay. There is no 1-site parking space available during your stay. Street parking can be tough in the summer months. You can find many paid lots by searching parking in Newport, RI.
