Great receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly. Good location for access to the A500 and A34 roads as well as a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated and lack on soundproofing between the rooms is a major issue. I could hear the guy in the room below talking and could also hear the room next door opening and closing their toilet seat! I was awoken at 1am with an inconsiderate neighbour with their tv on very loud and coughing loudly. There is a main wing and smaller wing to the side. I stayed on the 1st floor in the main wing but I would recommend you ask for the 1st floor in the small wing to minimise the number of people around you and source of external noise.
View from the room was nice however.

Very friendly staff the room was very clean , beds very comfortable, very pleasant stay , although we were only staying a short time before travelling to Manchester airport and we were leaving at 2am ….. The lovely receptionist called Kirsty was very helpful & polite . Always nice to see staff with a friendly smile :) x Would definitely stay again . X

Perfect little hotel with lovely friendly and upbeat staff. HKs do a great job of keeping the rooms looking tiptop so a big shout out to all of them whoever they are. Greggs is next door and S.O.T is just a few minutes away. There’s an abundance of tea/coffee etc if needed and the place is warm. Perfect

Good clean rooms . Very friendly staff and interacted with our children with colouring sheets pencils etc. Rooms wer warm and cosey and bonus of bath and shower. Will stay again when we next visit alton towers . Greggs and subway also on same site as travelodge talke

Lewis was very helpful when I arrived to check in, fantastic service, thanks for your help. The room was clean and ready for my arrival. I’d definitely recommend this Travelodge to anyone working in the Stoke area, well situated just off the A500 / M6 at Junction 16

The location was good for the purpose of my visit. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was really comfortable, I had a great nights sleep. The shower was great and loads of hot water. The staff are really friendly and Andrea on reception was really helpful. All round value for money accommodation, will definitely be back.
