Brilliant premier inn for an overnight / in between journey stay. Lovely, welcoming & very helpful staff. Stunningly clean, absolutely zero issues.

スタッフさんはどなたも親切でフレンドリー。とても感謝しています。残念な点は冷蔵庫がない事、そして、部屋はとても綺麗に保たれてましたが、２日目の夜中に痒くて目が覚め、確認しましたら虫に刺されていました。2ヶ所くらいだったので、そこまでに気にしませんでしたが、3日目の夜はあちこちにブツブツができて今も痒いです… バスルームも綺麗だったので、なぜなのか… 一度部屋をチェックして頂きたいです。

This is my second stay at this hotel and have to say the staff were lovely and so very helpful. I can highly recommend. The room was clean, the towels were fluffy, my only complaint, if you could call it a complaint, would be that there were no soft pillows just the more firm ones. I did check the spare ones but they weren't any softer to be honest.

Our stay was very pleasant and convenient to the wedding event. Staffing was very professional and helpful, the rooms were very comfortable. Parking was very convenient and a variety of eateries available at walking distance was good and even more variety if you travel a few minutes.

I use the Premier Inn group a lot, and have to say the best greeting and local knowledge was given from Vicki, she couldn't accommodate any request, better. A true credit to someone who goes beyond to deliver great service! Well done to the whole team!

Reception busy when arrived but handled efficiently well by receptionist, room as you expect at premier inn. Only reason could not give 5* was car park charge! Overall did the job! Meal deal offered was good value if you want something quick from adjoining Beefeater

The staff in both the hotel and the restaurant were very welcoming and friendly. The food we had at both breakfast and dinner was fresh, well-cooked and delicious. The shower temperature was perfect. I would definitely stay at the Premier Inn Newark again.

Another first rate stay (we stay about 10 times a year). We had two miner problems that was sorted immediately by Vicki on reception. She was highly professional and very pleasant, greeting everyone with a smile and making check-in problem free.
