飯店旁就是地鐵很方便，樓上的酒吧一定要去風景跟東西都很好喝，房間最喜歡的就是廁所了真的很美

房間裝修很一般，唯一優勢就是新了一點 服務一言難盡非常的差勁，從來沒見過服務如此不到位的麗思，沒有熱情可言沒有微笑可言，全程冷臉，連配備的沐浴露洗髮液都可以放錯了，放了兩瓶浴液沒有洗髮液，打電話等了很久才送來 沒有問候沒有打招呼，而且酒店天天好像都在辦活動，屁大點的大堂被人流擠的水泄不通 住一次就感覺到什麼叫冤種了

入住的時候酒店前台説我的信用卡都不能使用！後來才發現是酒店入住系統有問題！害我等候了足足一個半小時。進入房間發現地面有巧克力沒有清理乾淨。提供的房間也是拐角不規則房型。實在不能忍受、就給酒店打電話投訴、酒店來人看了房間地面後給升級換了房間。攜程做客户訪問、得知情況後給酒店反應溝通、最後是攜程提供了服務方案！感謝攜程工作人員的負責精神！酒店不錯、餐廳服務也好！管理人員的工作質量和服務客户質量有待提升（要對得起這個酒店品牌在客户中的形象）。

2nd visit to the RC Nomad, last visit was back in May on a solo trip. Spend 100+ nights a year at Marriott and most of those are at a RC so the standards are pretty high, love the Club Level and the main reason we pick the RC over other options. This property is unique, small floors but world class views and service as you would expect. Gym is small but solid, plus you get access to the steam/sauna without a fee which is a miracle by all standards today. Service is world class and the management team goes out of their way to make your visit memorable. Pay the extra $$ and add the club level, you will not be disappointed…like a second family. Also, the location is great and reasonable quiet for NYC standards. Enjoy!!

First time in NYC... The Ritz-Carlton Nomad did not disappoint! Beautiful views, large spacious rooms. Immaculate! The Rooftop bar had spectacular views as well. The entire staff made my stay so special. Michael was by far one of the best concierge I have ever dealt with. He was so SO informative and gave me the absolute best recommendations for dinner. He only spoke to me for a few minutes and in that short amount of time he knew exactly where to send me and his recommendations were perfect for me! He gave me his undivided attention and was so patient, informative, knowledgeable and detailed with restaurants and places to go. He absolutely nailed it! Carson greeted me as soon as I got to the property and went above and beyond for me. He was so accommodating and kind. Kevin really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. He was exceptional! He sent me up a little bag of self care items which really came in handy since I was so excited about the bathtub, which was heavenly. There was also a male manager who was working the night of Dec 3rd who brought me up bath salts so I could soak and relax after my long day of travel which was very much appreciated. The staff was wonderful but the enployees I've mentioned REALLY made my stay so special. The house car was so convenient. The hotel is so soundproof I slept like a baby and could not hear a single thing, which is a huge plus when you're staying in a busy city! I highly recommend this property. Thank you so much to the staff at The Ritz-Carlton Nomad for a phenomenal stay! Your top tier customer service did not go unrecognized and I appreciate every little thing that was done for me to make my stay so special.

After two years we were excited to return to one of our favorite hotels here at the Ritz Nomad! This time was just as amazing if not more amazing than the last stay! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were so wonderful taken care of. This property is beautiful inside and out and all the ladies and gentlemen here truly shine and make you feel right at home. This property is special as it offers views not only of the Empire State Building but also the One World Trade Center! Having stayed now at 26 different Ritz Carlton properties, I can say this is one of our all time favorites! Many of the same people who helped us last time were still working which is great to see and was wonderful to see and visit with familiar faces! A very special thank you to Matthew & Nielsen at the front of house, they went above and beyond to take care of us and ensure we had the most special stay! Derick not only was the first face we saw at the arrival door who warmly welcomed us back and remembered us after two years, he also showed us to our room. He has amazing energy and the biggest smile we will miss you so much thank you again for everything. Thank you also to Nieves for showing us around, your positivity is contagious, it was so wonderful meeting and getting to visit with you. We so appreciate the time you spent with us. We can’t say enough good things about Julia the housekeeping manager:) She is the heart of the property caring deeply for every guest and always having a happy and positive attitude to help everyone with anything they may need for their rooms. Her and the team kept our room in immaculate condition. Julia went above and beyond to show us a wonderful stay, we can’t thank you enough. This property also has a beautifully designed club lounge with amazing views. We had the privilege to briefly meet the wonderful staff there including Yolanda, Brinda, and Pete who were all truly exceptional. Thank you for your kindness. David, you do a great job overseeing the lounge and it shows, it was an absolute pleasure visiting with you! Finally thank you to Paulina at reception, and to Keven who not only helped us with our bags but took time to visit with us and make us feel special. The doorman Bhavesh and Dovon wished us good buy as we left, thank you for your kindness. This property is so special and truly unique. It’s hard to find a gem like this with ladies and gentlemen who truly care and make each guest feel valued and like family. If you are planning to visit New York, look no further. We stayed at this property for a few nights during a recent trip to NYC and we loved every bit of it. While the room is on the smaller side due to being in NY, it had everything we could have wanted - a huge window with tons of natural light, a corner couch, nice storage and a very spacious bathroom. We took advantage of the rooftop bar a few times and enjoyed fantastic views during the day and night. Our group had a private breakfast that was well-staffed and included access to a terrace which was very nice. The staff was attentive and friendly, as expected.

This is a beautiful cool new hotel. The room was one of the best I have stayed in NY: stunning views of the city with floor-to-ceiling windows, beautiful new furniture and appliances, and all of the amenities you'd expect in a 5-star hotel. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant and drinks at the bar but would recommend arriving early because it does get packed. Overall a great experience and will be coming back if I can.

Perfect location, walkable everywhere, awesome restaurant and rooftop bar. I got upgraded to a big corner suite and the views were just outstanding, including the Empire State Building that is very close. The deco style and vibe of the hotel is great. Concierge is very nice. I like the area upfront where there is a little boulevard where people in general who pass by on the street can sit and take some rest. Staff is friendly. NoMad is a great area to stay, I plan on repeating. I highly recommend this hotel.
