Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, sangat dekat dengan Times Square, Madison Garden, dan stasiun kereta. Kamar bersih, kertas dinding di belakang tempat tidur mengelupas, tetapi bagian kamar dan kamar mandi lainnya bagus. Unit AC kami tidak berfungsi saat kami pertama kali check in dan kami mengalami kesulitan untuk meminta seseorang memperbaikinya. Begitu kami dapat memanggil seseorang ke kamar kami, petugas itu memperbaikinya dengan sangat cepat. Mereka juga menawarkan layanan makan di dalam kamar yang tidak terlalu mewah, tetapi mereka datang ke kamar kami dengan sangat cepat. Hotel ini juga menawarkan sejumlah fasilitas seperti bar dan pusat kebugaran di lokasi, tetapi kami tidak berada di sana cukup lama untuk menjelajahinya. Saya akan menginap di sini lagi jika saya pernah berada di daerah tersebut.

After checking in, we headed to our room only to find we were given the wrong room. We booked a 2 queen and sofa bed for 5 people. I headed downstairs to be told that I booked that room. I pulled out my verification to show them I clearly had confirmation for the premium room to accommodate 5 people. They would not even look at my confirmation. They told me the room booking they were sent said 3 adults and 2 queen beds. I asked to see it but they would not allow me. They said it was against their policy to show me the reservation on their computer. They said they were sold out and I was welcome to go somewhere else. Of course, no one had any available rooms. They offered us a cot at a charge of course! Very rude and not accommodating. I will not recommend Tryp by Wyndham.

It was very fun, nice location in nyc. Fun around there and good restaurants.

Good location close to airport and cheap place close all locations.

Twice I booked to say I this hotel and twice the hotel was shut down please start checking your hotel before you put them on the market pictures don't mean anything this app need to be updated hotel is not even open

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in New York, ein paar Schritte vom Madison Square Garden. Das "Restaurant" ist - typisch amerikanisch - Fast Food statt Restaurant. Das Hotel war bei unserem Aufenthalt überbucht, daher war unser eigentlich gewähltes Zimmer leider nicht verfügbar 😕 Dementsprechend war auch der Service leider überfordert. Wir haben bestimmt 30 Minuten beim Check-in warten müssen, nach einem Transatlantik Flug sehr ärgerlich.

Cortinas quebradas, cama ruim, edredom muito finos e gastos, o quarto que acomoda 6 pessoas tem um sofá cama terrível que machuca as costas e faz barulho. Não recomendo este hotel, nossa experiência não foi agradável, era para ser confortável pelo preço mas deixou muito a desejar. Foi nossa primeira viagem em família. Broken curtains, bad bed, very thin and worn duvet, the room that sleeps 6 people has a terrible sofa bed that hurts your back and makes noise. I do not recommend this hotel, our experience was not pleasant, it was supposed to be comfortable for the price but it left a lot to be desired. It was our first family trip.

歩いてタイムズスクエアなど行けて立地良し！ 現地払いと書いていたが、予約時の支払いだった！現地でデポジットも取られます！ 歯ブラシ、パジャマは付いていないので注意！ クイーンベッドのみの予約が、チェックインするとクイーンベッドと2段ベッドもあって、助かりました。
