Twice I booked to say I this hotel and twice the hotel was shut down please start checking your hotel before you put them on the market pictures don't mean anything this app need to be updated hotel is not even open

Cortinas quebradas, cama ruim, edredom muito finos e gastos, o quarto que acomoda 6 pessoas tem um sofá cama terrível que machuca as costas e faz barulho. Não recomendo este hotel, nossa experiência não foi agradável, era para ser confortável pelo preço mas deixou muito a desejar. Foi nossa primeira viagem em família. Broken curtains, bad bed, very thin and worn duvet, the room that sleeps 6 people has a terrible sofa bed that hurts your back and makes noise. I do not recommend this hotel, our experience was not pleasant, it was supposed to be comfortable for the price but it left a lot to be desired. It was our first family trip.

歩いてタイムズスクエアなど行けて立地良し! 現地払いと書いていたが、予約時の支払いだった!現地でデポジットも取られます! 歯ブラシ、パジャマは付いていないので注意! クイーンベッドのみの予約が、チェックインするとクイーンベッドと2段ベッドもあって、助かりました。

The hotel was in a great location and so quiet! The beds were comfortable, but the water pressure in the shower wasn't great.

There were so many little irritations that built up at this hotel. Encountering an early check -in fee although none was listed. Standoffish desk clerks. Being unable to change rooms when placed near a noisy elevator bank (I was told the hotel was sold out, even though I checked in early). Bad food. Having my room key fail an hour before checking out. But worst of all? An “at your own risk” bag check. I ended up lugging valuables with me to my Sunday show so I didn’t come back to the hotel to find my iPad or AirPods missing. So there wasn’t one large awful thing about the hotel, just a bunch of little annoyances that made it unpleasant. The only good thing I can say is it’s at a great location, especially to catch Amtrak.

I did not enjoy my stay because of the noise , first floor accommodations , small bathrooms and not being upgraded upon request

The location is great! The hotel itself is ok, very thin walls that you can hear neighbours snoring, hotel towels had someone’s black hair tangled in one big ball. Luckily I didn’t use that towel. The bathtub drain is super slow but the water does go down eventually. The was no shower curtain. The heat system worked well with some noise.

The place needs to invest in the upkeep of the place. Sheets were stained and certain things just needed to be fixed or replaced. Location was great though. But would probably look elsewhere in future.

Family room was a really good size for a family of 5 and the 2 bathrooms in our room were a bonus. Parking is expensive, especially when you factor in the exchange rate. Definitely don’t choose this hotel if you want to use your car, as there are no in and out privileges. The parking is across the street so it’s also not convenient if you have a lot of stuff to transport to and from the hotel. We were prepared for this reading other reviews so it didn’t affect us. Hotel is in a convenient location. Good stay overall.

Upon check in at the hotel, the front desk associate asked for my id and credit card. He then took an immediate photo copy of both without warning me that he was doing so. At any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at, they check your id to confirm who booked the reservation and then hand it back. They also don’t take a photocopy of your credit card. I immediately asked him what he was doing and he said it was hotel policy. I told him that I was uncomfortable with this and asked for the paper to be given to me. He refused. I then followed up asking if I could have the paper upon check out. He said no. I asked where the paper was stored and he said it was a secure location. Still being uncomfortable with this, I said I would follow up at check out. When I checked out, I asked again about the paper. The new front desk associate said it was sent to their accounting department. Again, I have never heard of such a policy before and do not think this to be legal. When I got home I cancelled my credit card because I didn’t want any possibility of fraudulent charges. I called Wyndham and the hotel directly to discuss what happened. I was met with hostility and no resolution. Because of this experience, I would never stay at a Wyndham hotel chain again. They have horrible customer service and shady policies.
