Foto-foto itu tidak ada hubungannya dengan kenyataan! Kamarnya cukup kecil dan usang. Menurut saya hotel ini layak mendapat bintang maksimal 3. Anda pasti bisa memesannya, tapi saya tidak akan memesannya lagi.

Staf di lobi sedikit dan antrean check-in sangat panjang. Saya sengaja datang tepat waktu dan check in relatif lebih awal untuk ditempatkan di lantai atas, tetapi kamar kurang terawat, jadi saya diberitahu bahwa jika saya menunggu di lobi selama 10 hingga 15 menit, akan ada staf yang memberikan panduan, tetapi saya tidak menerima panduan apa pun bahkan setelah 30 menit. Ujung-ujungnya saya antre panjang lagi dan check in lagi (kali ini tidak diberikan informasi), dan diberitahu hanya tersisa kamar di lantai 3 dan 33. Malah dikasih tahu kalau lantai 34 bakal berisik sampai subuh karena ada rooftop barnya, jadi akhirnya saya dikasih kamar di lantai 3. Meski berada di lokasi yang relatif bagus, tidak ada pemandangan dari jendela. Bagian dalam ruangan sempit dan tidak cukup ruang untuk membuka koper berukuran 24 inci sepenuhnya, serta tidak ada alas untuk koper, sehingga digunakan dengan koper hanya setengah terbuka. Tidak ada kulkas. (Ada mesin es di lorong) Kondisi pembersihannya bagus. Kamar mandi shower sudah diperbaiki.

The worst and the most expensive hotel we stayed during our 11 days family trip in the US. Very small, dark in room, bad air conditioning and very simple breakfast. Wouldnt recommend anyone for this experience.

Hotel’s location is great as the subway is around the corner and it’s within walking distance to Times Square

Good location for time square area

Honestly, room was smaller than expected. The only good point about this room is the location as it’s 5-10 minutes away from Time Square. For its price honestly i feel is a pricey. Just know you’re only paying for the location and not the room.

The room is nothing like the hotel photos. It was dark as there are only the bedsides lights and small light in the entrance. The bedside lights are of different color. There is no drinking water, no fridge in the room. The elevators are wore out and have holes on the wall?! It is a very busy hotel but the front desk has usually one person when I was here. Always need to wait.

The location is a bit of a walk from Times Square and when walking back at night, I was aggressively approached by a black male who was yelling “do not walk here” and he lunged towards me causing me to jump back. The room was relatively clean with basic amenities provided. Housekeeping is only done after 4pm for my room but might differ for others. Early check in is available at a cost (cannot remember whether it’s USD100-150) when I called to enquire ahead of my stay. Not an issue as I could leave my luggage at the hotel in the morning and check in at 3pm.
