This is a modern and very clean hotel with well appointed rooms. I thought the value was good overall. Front desk staff were ok, not over the top friendly.
The listing did not make it clear that the breakfast included was a 'grab and go'. It consisted of a filter coffee, tea or juice and then a small pastry or muffin. You were not allowed to sit on the restaurant for it, but you could sit on some lounge chairs.
The staff here definitely in need of some training in customer service and friendliness, because we felt like we were putting them out and they couldn't be bothered to help.
Overall the hotel was great and in a quiet part of town which meant we could sleep, but still be close to everything. Across the street from Hudson Yards shopping and restaurants and the high line walk.
