Ulasan Mint House at 70 Pine

Spent 2 nights at the Mint House, the main experience is good, excluded one thing! 20231225 02:47AM NYC time, when we were resting in the room, the door was open suddenly without knocking, the lady, the receptionist (black skin) we met at the daytime, was standing at the gate with NFV card, attempting to enter the room. Not sure why she was at that place at that time without any request from guest!

The cleanliness and comfort of this hotel raise significant concerns. During our room inspection upon check-in, we discovered someone's fake eyelash stuck to the wall and a stray strand of hair on the bedsheet. Clearly, the housekeeping was not performed meticulously. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit, situated right next to the bed, emitted loud noise and frequently switched between fan and cool modes, causing annoyance. The pillows provided were practically non-existent, being extremely flat and offering no support whatsoever. We also had to endure a constant beeping sound from the dishwasher, despite reporting it to the front desk and being assured that a technician would investigate—yet no one arrived. As a result, our rest was severely compromised. Adding to the inconvenience was, the room lacked a telephone, necessitating a trip to the front desk for any needs. Additionally, essential toilet amenities were absent, except for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and a minuscule bottle of moisturizer. The absence of bedroom slippers was compounded by a dusty floor. It is perplexing how the hotel's website claims that "Mint House combines the classic comfort of home and the modern luxury of a hotel..." considering these circumstances. Furthermore, with the exception of one female staff member during check-out and Joshua, who works in the fitness area, the front desk staff were generally unapproachable.

Great spacious room. And it’s in an art deco building! For toilet amenities, there are only limited provided in the room. You will need to call the reception to get if needed. Since the place is more like a service apartment than hotel, there isn’t restaurants or room service. But few restaurants can be found at G/F

Great location, very close to Wall Street. Full apartment with kitchen. Super clean. Convenient smart door entry. Just superb!

位置就在華爾街旁邊，樓下就是地鐵站。房間很大，儲藏空間巨大，非常乾淨，在曼哈頓三千左右能住可以燒飯，兩間房性價比很高了。上下樓都需要按密碼，樓下GYM還可以。

性價比高，兩個人住着寬敞得好像有點過了，行李可以隨便攤，離華爾街和去自由女神登船碼頭蠻近的，步行可到。在一個綜合建築裏面的樓市部分，更像個公寓，但電梯需要密碼才能去相應樓層還挺安全

房間很大，位置好！地下一層的超市貨品很齊全！超級值得推薦！

廚房設施齊全 靠主街早上略吵 其他ok

房間很不錯，設施很新面積也不小，地段也很好，樓下就是地鐵站，就是第一次來有點難找

連續住幾次 非常好的一家酒店式公寓，房間超大，設施齊全，服務態度很好，地點方便，樓下餐館超市銀行一應俱全

room was amazing - spacious and well appointed. we were going to a concert in Brooklyn and it was a great location for that. would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our stay at Mint House was perfect! The room was spotless and clean. The lobby and building was also very clean. I definitely recommend Mint House, and we will be back in the future!

We drove into the city and 1st time staying at Mint House, we found it a little confusing at 1st. 70 Pine is a large building with many businesses, Mint House being one of them and entrances . There isn't a valet or door man outside so I parked 1/2 way on the sidewalk to investigate. After asking the door person for the Rooftop bar , she directed me to the check in! After that everything was wonderful, the room and location are wonderful. I would definitely stay again especially now that I know whete it is
