Great location and service. I can only recommend this hotel. Close to the park and to Broadway shows

Nice hotel depends on the price of it , it has a great location on midtown But sorbet really give that luxury feelings of 5* hotels But overall great and big suits

The size of the room is good but the hotel room is a bit old. We asked for another set of shampoo and conditioner twice and the room service never came. Not expected from a 5-star hotel.

Amazing location and huge room even for the price. Very clean with multiple room tidying services per day. Only thing is that the mini fridge is too small and filled with drinks. I was charged for the minibar after I removed the drinks to put my own drinks in. They waived it thereafter.

都很棒，地理位置絕佳，早餐很貴，一杯咖啡12刀，倫敦來的表示錢包吃不消🙈 還沒有算Vat和小費。 別的都還很不錯。一開始給安排很低的樓層，第二天幫我們換了。

服務很差，保安連門都不給你開，東西就看你自己拿。。。保安就看着你自己推門進來！！！！真的很無語，沒有任何服務，圖片是假的！房間看不到什麼景色！按金不能現金，特別麻煩！千萬別住，性價比很差 4000 多一晚隨便找家都比這個好！！誰定誰後悔！

整體來説：推薦指數五星 優勢：房間很大，很舒適，這在紐約同等價位中，非常top ，與圖片相符。 食物：一樓餐廳很不錯，服務態度也不錯，24小時房間服務。對於愛吃又不愛出門的，非常友好。 衞生：普遍非常乾淨，在美國的環境下，算是很乾凈的。 但是，如果很愛乾淨的話，普遍國外的五星級跟國內評分很高的五星級酒店進行對比的話，從乾淨程度到服務上，國內酒店遠遠高於紐約的酒店。 潛在問題： 1. 衞生： 浴袍不乾淨 吹風機不乾淨 2. 瓶裝水，居然跟我説第一天入住才有，後面就沒有免費的瓶裝水提供了。迷你bar的瓶裝水是10美金一瓶。後來我去要了瓶裝水後才有。 3. 房間安排，第一天可能會故意安排不好的樓層和位置，讓你後面想辦法更換 4. 紐約的噪音巨大，這個酒店已經還算可以的，客房相對安靜。 紐約住宿：推薦位置：中城區，中央公園附近，個人感覺比較安全的位置，也比較舒適。 其他地方個人感覺：臟亂差 紐約地鐵：千萬不要嘗試，永遠不會坐第二次 紐約公交：非常方便，可以乘坐 另： 美國的小費文化，雖然由來已久，但是非常不認同這一點，服務人員期待小費，一旦沒有，服務態度相差巨大，完全屬於文化糟粕。 整體來説：體驗還是比較好的。

套房是非常可以，但是酒店前台真的無語，總是搞不清楚訂單和收費；連續兩次了被多刷了信用卡。大家自己回來後小心查看賬單吧。
