Ulasan Le Meridien New York, Central Park by Marriott

The location and service was fine, but room’s condition was not good. I decided this hotel just because of the location, but so surprised that i thought 4star based on the trip.com’s information, but room seemed like a 2-3star..

In my opinion, The hotel has gone down in the last few years. We were freezing all night because the boiler turns off on the middle of the night and had to be reset by an engineer. Unfortunately not worth the money.

位置非常好，就在中央公園邊上，樓頂的風景很好

位置極好，就是房間比較小，但性價比高，對面的hyatt就是三倍價格

中心城區，時尚繁華

Bad: Room was dark and shower did not work properly (and could not be repaired). Good: Staff were very helpful & friendly; dining room was excellent.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. We stayed here for the location which was near to our wedding venue. Rooms are small but clean.

Hotel is outdated for the price that you pay. Many items in bathroom not maintained from a mechanical stand point. (Broken tub plug, broken sink drain plug, light switch at desk was touchy -fire concern)

I 'upgraded' to a room on a Concierge Floor with a Central Park View. Upon getting to my room (2510) I discovered Le Meridien has neither. Front Desk confirmed. Don't bother paying for it.

We had paid extra for a park view, concierge room floor. We were not given a park view room, in fact the room wasn't even on the side of the building that faced the park. And we were forced to pay an additional $100 for the concierge. When I expressed my dissatisfaction they said there was nothing they could do, but that they would refund the $100 and give us Marriott points, but they did not do so. I inquired to still request what they promised, but they have not yet responded.

Hotel was clean and we didn't hear any noise at night. Although the mattress was comfortable, I did not like the platform bed as it was very low to the ground. The phone in the room didn't work so we had to call the front desk from our cell phones. Our tv also didn't work and then it just started working again. Although there is a resort fee, they give you a $40 voucher for food and drink in the restaurant. We used it for breakfast, which was really good.
