Friendly staffs good location I feel very comfortable and good breakfast;)

stayed here for new years! nice service and clean. it big of delay on room service or didn’t get something we called for at all.

Great location….but that’s what you’re paying for. Check in was fast and the staff were welcoming and friendly. There are umbrellas to use in the rainy weather and the front concierge staff are happy and greet you nicely. The location is convenient- close to all main sites of NYC but just far away enough from the noise and bustle so you can have a peaceful night’s sleep. Air conditioning can be adjusted as our room got a little too cool for our comfort. The luxury king room high floor itself is disappointing. Quite a bit more in cost compared to a standard king room, the room doesn’t have any fabulous views or even a bathtub that can accommodate someone comfortably. One website advertises the luxury king rooms have a ‘spa bath’. This is fact is not true and incorrect. Room slippers are very nice and there are enough towels for 2 people. Pillows are too soft and the room furniture is tired-looking. Some peeling wallpaper as well indicating the need for a refit. For the money, there’s no breakfast either and if you wish to extend your checkout after 11am, it’s $100 for 1-3 hours. A bit rich, considering you’re better off getting a lounge pass at the airport or simply go for a walk around this amazing city. To compensate, there’s an awesome diner 50m from the hotel that serves fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bathroom products are lovely- Balmain and there’s only 1 bathrobe in the room, which I thought was strange, considering the booking was for 2 people. No minibar either… why is this?! I would stay again simply because of the location but I would not pay for the luxury king room high floor again, as it’s not worth the money. Keep the location but take a standard room.

Location is good if you want to stay close to Times Square. Their fridge was not working but they immediately send one when I complained. Elevator is okay, doesn’t bounce.

Wonderful midtown hotel, convenient to Times Square and theaters. Beautiful property with excellent French Restaurant. Comfortable rooms, very nice gym. Occasional faint low rumble from subway, even in our 11th floor room.

The property was near an event I was attending. It was walkable. I had a queen room and there was plenty of room for me to work. I also had a chance to dine in the property restaurant. The staff recommended several great options for dinner. I enjoyed my dining experience-especially the dessert. I had the crème brûlée. I would book this property if I have to return for work.

Great quiet location with comfortable bed. Perfect bathroom although I never use the tub only shower. Only thing missing that I like is coffee maker in my room which made me rate one less star.

This hotel is very comfortable and very well located; however, it is not a non-smoking hotel as it allows its guests to smoke **** in the premises. We stayed 4 nights and 2 out of 4 were awaked by the strong smell of **** being smoked next to our room.
