Around 10 minutes walk from the Grand Central Statation, water provided each floor, coffee and tea provided.

Отель понравился , месторасположение супер удобное, номер не очень большой, но уютный. Не поняла, как производилась уборка, но по ощущениям, не каждый день. Жили на 5 этаже, но вид был хороший. В отеле есть классный руфтоп, но мы дошли до него в последний день. В отель бы еще раз вернулась. Не совсем понята система с ресепшеном, при раннем выезде никого не было, возникли трудности , но в последствии все разрешилось. Отель рекомендую

2박 예약했는데 첫날이 몇십명이 동시에 오버부킹 돼서 두시간 대기 후 다른 호텔로 쫓겨남.. 선택권은 당연히 없었음.. 바로 옮겨주면 모르겠는대 몇시간 씩이나 기다리고ㅠ 근데 어이없ㄴ느건 옮긴 호텔이 더 좋았다.. 하루 묵고 다시 돌아오니 조리시설 있는거 말고는 쏘쏘였다ㅠ

Fantastic location, very easy access to subway and walking distance from theatres, Times Square etc. it didn’t cost extra to use the washing machine-it is a combined washer and dryer in one so found it didn’t 100% dry but could hang stuff to dry in room. There was also laundry soap available. There is empty bottles and filtered cold water in hallway. Very close to excellent bagels, Starbucks, dunkin donuts, amoung others.

I’ve visited many times over the years and always been pleased with the straightforward facilities of the hotel, great location, superb rooftop and excellent team who make you very welcome. Even late at night, the welcome from the overnight gentleman was super helpful.

No real amenities and the ones they had were not great at all but the worse part was no one came to clean my room once and when I asked Manny said everyone went home and no thing they could do. Not a lot of late night food options nearby and no store of any kind only vending machines

To the Management of Club Quarter Hotel Grand central, New York, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the bed was neither comfortable nor clean, which negatively impacted the quality of my sleep. Additionally, the bathroom and sink were not clean at all, especially the edges. I expect a hotel of Club Quarter’s caliber to provide high-quality service and impeccable cleanliness. I urge you to take the necessary actions to improve the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms.

Excellent location in Manhattan closed to Central station. Lots restaurants around. Great terrace on 27th floor and the lounge was great and good coffee.Nice perks refill water bootle and free coffee and tea 24/7. The staff was amazing . I will stay there again!

This hotel treat it us more like family then vacational guests. The entire stay was completely enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, enjoyable, helpful and kind. The provided kitchenette was more than sufficient to suit your needs. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. This hotel is located centrally to all transportations, shops and eateries.

We did not receive the appropriate accommodations that we reserved. We were told that you get what you get based on availability upon arrival. In the end I was charged twice for my stay after I was told that there would be some compensation for the issues we experienced.

The hotel and room was very clean. We enjoyed the 27th floor for the view, lounging around and having coffee. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. The location was in perfect walking distance to all the main attractions (e.g. Time Square, MOMA) and easy to catch a subway at Grand Central Station. If I have anything negative to say, it would be that the carpet in the room could use some steam cleaning to freshen it up.

I was let down by this hotel but maybe that is because I had high hopes for the price and the reviews. The lobby was the most aesthetically pleasing part of this hotel. As the rooms were not as nicely upgraded as they looked online. Upon check in I requested a cot since I found out that they only have single queen beds available in the entire hotel (strange). And then the cot wasn’t brought until I had to request again much later. The fridge was broken, the lights kept shorting out, and the AC would turn on and off in the night. I would have enjoyed this hotel if it didn’t have the price point of something much better.
