This hotel was changed the new owner and most of the rooms are renovated, amenities are simple but new. Very comfortable, good location in downtown, nice housekeeper. Hotel has No restaurants but because of prime location, we can go outside to eat very easily

Official check-in was 4 pm check out 11am. Was told to check in at 8pm. Requested for connecting room, staff claimed that helped and blocked for us, but the next room was given to others. Staff lied, did not block it yet assigned different floors, and told us to take it or leave it. Platinum member price costs more than regular price and hotel website price. I paid a pricy and unpleasant experience stay.

Worst experience, unfriendly, huge hidden charges out of contract, old, dirty, phone didn’t work,lifts didn’t work, bar was closed most of the times. It had nice views for all they are worthy when nothing else is in place. Stay away

Location is great, our room view is awesome ! (27th floor) Doorman is friendly and useful.
We reach the hotel in the morning but early check-in are not allowed. So front staff asked me to pay deposit and check-in later (4.00 pm). When I’m back the hotel, other front staff asked me to pay deposit again. But I told her that the hotel already charged me in the morning. She still confirms that there are no record in the system. I also proved her with bank msg on phone. After manager comes and re-check again and my case is ok. And deposit (200$) will be return after checkout (about 15 days for international bank). It s on pending now.
Hope there are no issues for my deposit again.
Another point is hotel parking, it is renovated right now. But you can find another parking nearby. And location is great , subway is very close.

This is a very bad trip! the worse !! . First of all, the hotel facilities are very old. Secondly, such a big hotel lost consumer things. After losing consumer things, they didn't cooperate to find them. It was all kinds of delays! I was dragged until I had to leave because they knew that I had to catch a plane for the next trip. At the same time, hotel promised to call or email me to inform me of the progress. But they didn't. A 5-minute camera secret checking was watched for two hours. And didn’t check yet whether I was there or not. Such a big group training was done so badly. And the service attitude of “I’m just a person who working here ” i mean … whaaaa ? In this way to deal with customers. I’m really disappointed with this company!
