Service attitude is super good Breakfast is super delicious Full score 💯 It's on my pocket list. I hope I can experience different room types next time I stay. But the slight fly in the ointment is probably that there are no windows.

The room is large, the bathroom is spacious, and parking is convenient. There is also McDonald's for breakfast. The sound insulation is also good. It's not too far from the city. It's a convenient place.

I am a girl and I want to wash my hair but I haven’t rinsed it yet and there is no hot water. Can you imagine it happening in such cold weather? Fortunately, there is heating. When I woke up and had to brush my teeth and wash my face, there were small cockroaches in the toilet. There is no soundproofing at all, but you can clearly hear the sounds from outside. The accommodation is cheap. The double room I booked was not upgraded to a 4-person room for free. It is rare to have such an unforgettable accommodation experience.

Grand Forward is a good place to stay Location is cool, 1 minute proximity to MRT station. Just through the entrance near reception and turn left. Night market is just 5 minutes walk away. Turn right after main entrance. Street games and dinner. Supermarket and traditional market nearby... can search for Nanxing Market.. good fruits and veggies for the soul and body Breakfast place is turn left after the other entrance. An old black and grey dog lives there. Yummy radish cake LuobaGao and fried egg.. milk tea also.. bring your own plate cup and utensil for a carefree breakfast best stay for a local taipei getaway will try the running route next time ~

The price can only be said to be quite satisfactory. Don't expect too much. It's still OK for a short stay. After all, it is in a commercial building, so there is a lot of disinfectant smell. The only advantage is that the surrounding food and transportation are convenient

Second time staying here, in general it was a good stay. Good location, near MRT, lots of food options and got a convenience store right across the hotel. The room is spacious, outdated design but still comfortable. The lighting is dark I would say for both aisle and the room. Staffs are friendly and welcoming.

The location was very convenient for my business meetings. The big mall closeby had many good restaurants. However, there was some insect in my room, and the A/C in the bar and in the breakfast area was extremely cold, so I was afraid I would get a cold. Service was very good however, we got help in arranging a car and the information about the insect issue was followed up on.

A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water
