The room does not provide body lotion, and there is no place to charge the bedside table, which is a bit troublesome, but the breakfast is not bad, there is a parking lot, and parking is very convenient!

The hotel is in an excellent location, surrounded by green mountains and green waters. The lake also exudes light smoke, making it feel like you are in a fairyland. Although the room has traces of time, it is clean and has a private couple. Facing such beautiful scenery, lighting the aromatherapy of your choice and listening to soft music, it is indeed a good place to cleanse the soul and escape from the pressure of the city. In addition, the room rate also includes breakfast, dinner, afternoon tea and late-night snacks for two people. You can meet all your daily needs without leaving the hotel. There are Chinese and Western options for dinner, and the taste is also good. Stayed for two nights this time and will come again next time.

This hotel has no heating and air-conditioning facilities. It was cold and rainy. The room with the large window was really damp and cold, and even the duvet was in a mess. The hotel is located on the outskirts, next to a residential area. It's a 20-minute walk to the metro, but there are buses. On the other hand, you can get there from the airport by bus in 30 minutes, this is the first stop and 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is very crowded with Japanese tourists and businessmen on business trips. It's clean, quiet, and safe. The rooms are larger and more spacious.

This is a very satisfying hotel. The night market is within 100m, but it's quiet. The jetted bath is great for relieving fatigue. I'll choose this hotel again when I visit Taiwan.

Location is not far from Metro and Taipei... Must take taxi to get Metro and then ~25 mins to get downtown 101 area. Hotel WiFi works well at ~ 27-28 Mbps steady and Ethernet port works. Building seems to have a lot of concrete and was hard to find room and areas in room, bwhere I could also use a SIM card hotspot signal that was fast enough (as a back up in event hotel WiFi failed). Surrounding areas, not too much. But business park and Starbucks and Family Mart in North East 5-12 mins walk from hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Room very nice. Heaters in each room. Quiet. Windows are think and don't open. Hope this helps others

The service and room facilities of Grace are very good, but since the restaurant was moved near the front desk, the variety and quality of the food and beverage environment are obviously not as good as before. So from the cost-effectiveness, it has not attracted me before.
