Our room was amazing, the property has been nicely renovated! The staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made to order and so delicious! Would not hesitate to go back or recommend.

We stayed 2 nights over Memorial weekend. It is truly a beautiful place. Grounds are lovely. The decor beautiful and very Great Gatsby. And the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Our only negative is we wished there was a TV. And I do think it should be noted when you book that there isn’t one in any room. As a wedding venue you don’t need it. But for other bookings you do

If you like wonderful and friendly people, an absolutely immaculate and comfortable room and common areas, beautiful grounds and a relaxing dock, then this is the place for you. And don't tell anyone, but if you ask nicely, they might show you the Speakeasy! Fabulous!

This was a real Florida gem. My wife and had the pleasure of staying two nights. What beautiful home. The rooms are spectacular, wonderful views, great neighborhood to walk, especially if you appreciate beautiful Victorian homes each as stunning as the next. A couple really cool things about this property. It’s far more than a typical B&B, sitting on an acre and a half with gorgeous mature oak trees. They host full weddings, from a spot to say “I do” to having a major celebration ceremony and even an area for catering and area for a tent for a full on feast with your family and friends. Chef Mark was another huge highlight. Each morning he made us an unforgettable breakfast including special a baked treat, and unforgettable omelets. He even took on a special request from my wife for Greek themed breakfast the second day. He nailed it both mornings! There is another really cool feature on this properly that you have to see but I’m not going rat it out 😊 you’ll know what I mean when you see it. Bottom line we loved it and would not only recommend it, but plan to return ourselves.

I can't say enough good things about Victoria 1883. From the first tour of the venue to our wedding day, Fabiola and her team were AMAZING. They really make you feel like part of their family and I'm so glad I was able to have my wedding day there. Sonda was the sweetest and a huge help preparing for our wedding day. Ellis and Spencer were the best! The entire location is absolutely beautiful and I couldn't have chosen a better venue. Mark was the BEST chef ever and so accommodating with last minute dietary restrictions. The mimosa bar, charcuterie board, breakfast, lunch, all top notch!! They really go above and beyond to make your special day perfect! I can't wait to go back for a weekend getaway. Thank you Fabiola and your entire team for the best weekend I could ever dream of!
