DO NOT GO HERE. I booked Magnolia Mansion on November 11th and on April 9th I got an email stating, "As requested, we have cancelled your reservation." I called and asked what that was about since I did not cancel my reservation because they had pipe issues. The guy at the desk told me that in order to get my money back he had to personally cancel it and that my money will be here in 3-5 business days. It is May and I still do not have my money back? I have called MULTIPLE times, left voicemails, sent multiple emails and NOTHING. I called the Louisiana Welcome Center and they said that MM had "electrical issues".....electrical issues and pipe issues are two different things, so which one is it? I have also filled out the paperwork for Better Business Bureau for SCAMMING PEOPLE! I will not stop calling until I get my money back. Hopefully someone from MM checks their reviews :) Go read the Facebook reviews of this awful place.
