Came through in the clutch, our original hotel scheduled by volleyball club director was trash and I had to find something affordable and clean and this comfort suites was so excellent front service staff greeted me at checkin and room was so clean and enough space for me and kids

The room was dirty. Different stains, hair, etc. lights were out in the bathroom. I spent too much money for poor conditions.

Check in was good. But we had trouble with the bathroom sink faucet. It wouldn’t shut off. Husband had to rig it to stop the water from flowing. I did mention it to rent desk and they came in the next day to tighten some screws but it still wasn’t working properly. But, breakfast room lady named Dewanda was fantastic! Great lady. Nice personality and very helpful!

The rooms were clean! The MOST IMPORTANT THING!!! The bathrooms could be updated BUT they were CLEAN! THE SECOND MOST IMPORTANT THING! The staff was nice. The breakfast area was set up late, but the area was clean. My nephew was excited they had chocolate waffles lol. The parking spaces are tiny so if you have a large work truck, etc be prepared for that.
I would stay here again.
About 20-30 from Superdome, close to Tulane University and all the other stuff...

Staff was friendly and helpful when checking in. We got to our room and the lock didnt work. Easy fix they were quick to get us into another room. In the new room the refrigerator didnt work and the bathroom sink wouldnt turn off, sincewe booked two rooms and didnt want to be far from eachother we didn'tchange rooms again. There were black stains on the floor and paint chipping on the walls. I will say the beds were comfy but the pillows were a bit strange, they were only half the size of a regular pillow. The breakfast is what you would expect. They gym didnt look like it had been cleaned in sometime. I probably will not stay at this hotel again.

Great customer service. The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
The wallpaper in the rooms need some attention. The carpet is cleaned but it needs to be replaced as it smells old.
