The Eleanor New Orleans

The Eleanor design is perfect in my view, individual king bedrooms with nice, comfortable great rooms. Kitchen well stocked, furniture good, although some stains present, TV large with good quality audio. Pool and hot tub nice and clean. Unfortunately there is no parking agreement between The Eleanor and Park First, you are at their mercy. I used the Park Mobile app and was only allowed to pay for 1 day at a time, thus needing to set a reminder on my phone to pay on time or risk getting a boot. My brother DID get booted despite paying on time. The process of calling the company, talking with a dispatcher whose job is just to input info, then waiting 90 minutes before giving up without anyone showing up to remove the boot. The next morning the boot was gone without any contact or explanation from the parking company. An hour and a half of vacation wasted along with the stress of worrying about it overnight leaves a bad taste.

Excellent and spacious facility with everything we needed. Pool area a welcome respite from the heat of the city. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter and other attractions. Great transport links for trips further afield and easy parking underneath the apartments at $20 for 24 hours.

The Eleanor was perfect for our group of 14. We loved that everyone had a large space to hang out. Terrace space was a huge hit for all! When it was time to sleep, we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. It is very updated and in a great location. We were able to walk to many places nearby. Front desk (Shane) was very attentive and a huge help with our questions. We hope to visit again!
