Ulasan New Generation Hostel Milan Center Navigli

This hostel is scam, i living there for 2 days just totatlly scam, now thing is this they even cant provide soap in toilets to wash hands, they dont have papers in toilets and when i said why there is not they said this is hostel you need to buy seperately, even in name of italian breakfast they only provide one crossiant and one coffee just this. And staff is soo rude we have chekout on 11 am and my flight is on 5 pm and they said you cant sit in common room for more than half hour. And when you checkout they did not even allow to use toilets , man they italian peoples are not humans, they are suck , i never come to italy again because of them, and staff if super rude. Anyone never come here.

One of the worst hostels I have stayed in. It was hot and I kept sweating all night, the fan doesn’t even move. There were lots of mosquitoes as well. The guy who was at the reception at night was so rude. I asked if it was safe to go out at 1am alone, he replied yelling ‘this is not Costa Rica or wherever you came from’. So, overall a terrible experience! So, I decided to cancel booking for the next day knowing I won’t get the refund, yes, of course I didn’t get the refund, but it’s okay then to be treated like that.

I had a rather disappointing stay at the New Generation Hostel in Milan. The experience started off on the wrong foot with the hostel charging an extra €10 for check-in after 23:00, which felt quite unfair and inconvenient.(this information missing while booking on trip.com) Don’t get in free Breakfast trap! The breakfast provided was minimal, consisting of just a coffee and a croissant, which was quite underwhelming. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the hostel left much to be desired, and the location was far from ideal. Overall, I found the hostel lacking in several key areas and would not recommend it.

Room support to be ready at 2pm but i can't go in until 3pm, bed is wiggling,shower room super small space,noisy place, no electricity whole night but front desk still had electric so strange,attention they want you online check in otherwise will cost you more 3 euro for manual check in, it's suck policy no one will notice that super small word on email and i never seen any hostel or hotel need customer do the online check in. All i say is true, i suggest the people who want to stay here please don't.

I needed to sleep in a hotel to be closer to a concert because I live further away from Milan. I had booked a private double room and they gave me a bigger one, maybe because they had overbooked. However, BIG RED FLAG IN THIS HOTEL, they ask you to leave your room key at the reception whenever you want to go out of the hotel (?), and they give it to you whenever you come back. Inside the room, there is a sign saying they are not responsible for lost or unattended Items.... but the only people able to enter your room is them... because they keep your key when you're not there. And I'm also pretty sure hotels are liable by law. Also, when I came back from the concert two hours later, the person at the desk was not the one I did the checkin with, I literally just had to ask for the key saying the room number and he gave it to me, he didn't check my ID. So it could have been anyone.... Would recommand only for one night, if you keep your cash with you, and film the state of your room as you're leaving and giving your keys. AND the breakfast starts at 9 am only...

Ждала заселения, а когда заселилась, оказалось что моя кровать уже кем то использована🤣🤣 пришлось снова ждать. Еще очень очень жарко в комнате. Кондиционер не работал, а вентилятор был очень шумный. Есть общая зона- терраса, кухня, комната для багажа за оплату. Близко к Дуомо, рядом есть хорошие пекарни.

Все супер, дают кофе с круасаном, утром до 11

die Unterkunft war 100% Katastrophe, ich finde nur die Lage gut , außerdem das Zimmer und die Toilette waren sehr schmutzig und die Klimaanlage funktioniert kaum nicht . Ich empfehle niemanden dort zu gehen , ich hätte mich auch wo anders gehen sollen

Unglaublich für ein Hostel so viel Geld zu verlangen. Eine Nacht zuvor waren wir in einem 4 Sterne Hotel für das gleiche geld. Die Ausstattung ist schlecht und veraltet. klimaanlage funktionierte nicht

停車很方便！前台盡職盡責，遇到倆伊拉克牙醫，談天説地對國人很友好，之後又來了三個來自英國的小孩，脱了鞋味道有點大，哎！年輕人血氣方剛，沒辦法。

Soddisfatto. Si può mangiare e c'è anche un forno dopo riscaldare i cibi.
