Very bad experience in room , bathroom don’t have shower fountain, tap water but no bucket  I haven’t expect this after seeing their picture on website  Rooms entire decoration very old just kept new sofa

Room is not so pleasant. Foul smelling. Can't be considered as 4*

The hotel building itself is grand and well decorated with lighting, but rooms are very old, so the fittings in the bathroom are not fully functional and rusted. The rest of the room was extremely spacious and well furnished but the bathroom was very poor. Service was excellent, staff was very welcoming and available for all help.

Pictures are not even close to the real hotel..Absolutely waste of your money and time. The rooms bathrooms the smell in the carpets and the elevator the lobby all is a mess and there is no A/C in the lobby. It's a horror place to be in. If you are in desperate need I would advise you to sleep in your car than booking this downgrade hotel.

the furniture, room etc needs update. even the workers needs improve too. i have to stay there 2 night, but i stayed one night only

Undercooked pizza in marriage venue Decoration was average Hotel accommodation was very low grade , work on mattresses, discipline of each staff of reception and housekeeping was worse. The wall paper was torn and coming out. No room service available. Hot water was just more than luke warm. Lighting inside room was dimly lit in A block . Carpet dirty. Too crowded place. Why cant you keep your standard when you take so much money. Food was very low class , afraid to say . Not recommendable. At rexeption what type of guys have you re recruited ? kindly replace each
