Ulasan Pullman New Delhi Aerocity- International Airport

Had a great stay at Pullman New Delhi! The service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect blend of modern amenities and comfort. Highly recommend for business or leisure or travel to airport. They have great breakfast options compared to many others in Aerocity. Bar area could be better.

Overall good place, but there is really no difference between Pullman and Novotel. I pretty much always go for Novotel unless its sold out like this time

Well situated and very convenient hotel next to Dehli International airport.

Very convenient but the google maps doesn't really point you in the right direction. They share a building with Novotel. Service is good and their sustainability initiatives are also good.

Nice stay … Food was very good .. pool was very clean .. chef Surjeet dealing was very good and cooperative.. The food that was prepared by chef Surjeet was to yummy. Thank u so much.

The check-in counter staff is unprofessional. First, they will tell you we can't find your reservation, and will take around 1 hour for them to find the reservation. Even after check-in, I had pre-paid the room and they said it was prepaid. While at checkout they informed me that your room was paid by 2 nights instead of 3 nights. While informing them that the check-in time it was already clear that this reservation is for 3 nights. They informed the check-in time they didn't know. Totally ridiculous and finally took my credit card authentication. Please be careful they are scamming. If you check in please ask them that time to give you the bill otherwise they will mess up at the time of checkout. I was so hurried and I had a flight they took advantage of this and forced me to give preauthorization of card. Not recommended at all.

Is for a business trip and it’s within the airport and super clean

Hotel very close to the airport terminals with clean air inside. Staff were very professional and gave excellent service. Outside dining options are more limited, as you are within an enclave but also areas around the hotel is cleaner and quieter. There is a metro station not far away as well.

Stayed in the Pullman 5 nights and have to say was maybe the best hotel I’ve stayed in. 5 star service through out our stay. Staff is very polite and always ready to help. I was early and my room wasn’t ready (3pm check in) but they still gave me a temporary room so I could have a shower and rest for a while. Hats off, because it was needed after a 9 hour plane journey. Hotel food was also tasty and not over powering . But honestly staff was amazing . Highly recommend
