Cooperative staff in every single step, situated in best food zone and market area need repair in waste water flow clogging means while bathing choking issue water closet buttons are not functioning properly

Location is very remote. Situated in an interior part of bylanes. Rooms are small. Bathrooms are dirty
no lift. They disconnect the power of ac for 2 hrs in the early morning & 2 hrs in evening saying that it's their hotel policy. Overall it's manager or owner. Not clear about his designation mr pandey ji is a horrible person. I stayed here on 3/4/24 for one day. Booked this hotel through make my trip. In short a terrible experience.

photos of hotel and real hotel is far different. I have booked for double bed room with ac but room are single and hotel manager or staff used to off the switch of ac from reception chair.

Location was close to new delhi railway station, better food was found outside hotel, amenities and services were very average, small rooms, doors do not open fully, hot water only available from 7am to 11am, no windows in rooms.
