It so out dated, people were very rude. Removed tables from rooms. The chairs in the room had metal coming thur. No fresh towels. Every time you opened the refguarter it came off the shelf. Now to the bathroom. Toilet is like sitting on the floor. Needs updated badley. ****** was very nice.

The check in person was not friendly and did not offer assistance on how to get to our room. We finally were able to find it. It was confusing. The resort has alot of charm but some of it is very old and outdated. Bartenders were good and attentive.

Had to return to the desk 3 times for check in, after being told at 2:30 the room would be ready at 3 instead of 4. At 3:55 room still not available (after waiting in line for quite some time) and actually told to get back in line because a phone call could not be made until 4:00.

hotel is old but clean. pool was nice hotter was broken. ****** nice. Food was closed at 7pm very inconvient

very clean the hotel room we had.
what we didn't care for is when we checked in, the check in lady kept harping about a players card. We told her we didn't have one, but she did insist us to get one. told her once we we settled in, we will get one. she tell us about the $10 free play. We haven't been there for years. We will come back again though. This issue will not keep us from staying at the Mountaineer.

Very clean, friendly staff. Rooms large in hotel (cant speak as to lodge). Drinks at bars reasonably priced as compared to other casinos in PA ans MD. Downside only 1 dining option on a monday night after 7. Surrounding area does not have any restaurants etc. Will definitrly go back.
