The newly appointed Deerpath Cottage at Goldberry Woods is a new listing for summer 2024 (normally Nana and Papa's cottage when they are on the property) and is located in a quiet and secluded location surrounded by nature and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large screened porch, a full kitchen, laundry room, and more! The Master Suite includes a Queen bed and master bath with a jacuzzi tub and large skylight. The second bedroom includes a full bed and the third bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle. The family room features a wood-burning fireplace, sofas and recliner, and large TV with DVD player and Satellite. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and dishes and features full-sized appliances, a dinette that seats six, and a breakfast bar with additional seating. A gas grill, fire pit with free firewood, and high-speed WiFi is included. Cottage stays also include full use of our kayaks and canoes that you can use to float peacefully along on the quiet and scenic Galien river that borders our estate. Guests may also borrow our bikes to ride to the beach or explore the local towns and back roads and are also welcome to pick and eat anything out of hand that is growing in the fields of our organic farm and orchard. Our large playground structure is close to the cottage and includes swings, climbing walls, monkey bars, a slide, and multiple level decks. There is also a large aviary featuring our chickens, ducks, and quail (for all of our farm-fresh eggs). We also have seasonal yard games to play including bags, badminton, bocce, and horseshoes. Breakfast at the inn can also potentially be added to your stay, if available ($20/person). Well-behaved dogs may stay too ($20/day per pet).
