Premium Activehotel Bergkönig

This was our fourth visit here and the hotel ever disappoints. A 30 minute transfer from Innsbruck Airport makes it the perfect location for a short winter break (we stayed 5 nights). The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, the food excellent and the spa divine

I recently stayed at Active Hotel, and I cannot praise it enough! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. The location was simply amazing, and the views were breathtaking. But what impressed me the most was the bed; it was hands down one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. And let's not forget the stunning pool - an absolute delight. I had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect getaway.

Beautiful quaint accommodation in the Austrian Alps. Wonderful hosts, clean and comfortable accommodation. Large two bedroom loft suite suitable for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. Lovely area to do as much or as little as you like. Delicious food and wonderful service.

In my opinion, two crucial points related to the quality of sleeping need attention: a) a four star hotel cannot offer a curved mattress and a terrible pillows; b) Housekeeping ladies can't talk so loud and make so much noise around 08:00am in a hotel where guests come to relax. What saves the hotel is the restaurant, they have a diversified menu and well prepared meals. The breakfast is rich of options and the dinner, from 0 to 10, is 8. The spa area is good and the outside pool is very nice and warm. I stayed in the room 219 for three nights.

Stayed here as a family group of three couples. The hotel is an excellent base for the nearby winter sports and it was perfect to be able to come back to such a modern well designed spa after a day on the slopes. The food in the restaurant was on the whole very good, however the temperature in the hotel was far too hot for us in the evenings. Rooms spotlessly clean, it was a little odd to have the housekeeping team almost waiting outside your rooms in the mornings so they could clean your room whilst you were at breakfast. All the staff were very friendly, the highlight being Bar man Danny who was attentive to our likes and dislikes and happy to make up bespoke cocktails to order.

Superbe hôtel où tout est fait pour le repos .Tout le personnel est charmant et disponible . La demi pension est de qualité ..le petit déjeuner très copieux... Les chambres sont très propres et bien équipées. L espace détente est juste incroyable ...2 piscines chauffées ...sauna ..espace de repos .. Les amoureux de ski et de nature trouveront dans cet hôtel ,le lieu parfait pour reprendre des forces .

3 Tage zum genießen... zum Hotel muss man nicht viel schreiben... einfach TOP.. aber viel mehr und wichtiger ist das Personal / das Team... SENSATIONELL... wir sind ja doch regelmäßig und gerne so für ein paar Tage unterwegs... und da will man halt genießen... das konnten wir in jeder Beziehung dort. Ein Service, eine Freundlichkeit, besser geht es einfach nicht. Klasse !

Ich habe eine Woche mit meiner Partnerin und meinem 16-jährigen Sohn im Activehotel Bergkönig verbringen dürfen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, wie das gesamte Personal während des Aufenthaltes war, sei es Empfangs-, Service- oder Reinigungspersonal. Das Essen war stets exzellent, das Frühstücksbuffet reichhaltig und schön hergerichtet und von hoher Qualität mit Eierspeisen auf Bestellung. Die Jause war überragend, vor allem die Sonntagsjause. Ebenfalls durfte man Getränke selbst zapfen. Das Abendessen bestand aus einem schönen Salatbuffet, einer Vorspeise, einer Suppe, Hauptgang und Dessert. Alles war sehr schön präsentiert und sehr lecker. Man kann aus 3 Menus auswählen, wovon eines vegetarisch ist, sowie wir noch täglich ein Alternativmenu offeriert. Das ganze Hotel hat durch Sauberkeit überzeugen können, wo immer man hinsah, es war immer blitzblank. Das Spa ist grosszügig, Highlight ist sicher der Aussenpool, der vielleicht 1-2 Grad wärmer sein dürfte, ansonsten wunderschön mit wechselnder Beleuchtung. Die Saunas sind schön und geräumig. Besonders hat es mir die finnische Aussensauna angetan. Was ich als Raucher besonders geschätzt habe, war, dass nicht wie in andern Hotels der obligate, runde, rote Wandaschenbecher fixiert war, sondern dass aussen eine schöne Rauchersitzecke war, mit Tisch und -tuch, Sitzbank mit Kissen, so dass man sich auch als Raucher willkommen fühlte, was heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Mögliche Verbesserungsvorschläge: Heutzutage wäre es wünschenswert, dass eine Möglichkeit zum Laden eines Elektroautos angeboten wird (auch gegen Bezahlung), welche ohne zusätzliche Spezialkabel (Starkstromanschluss) benutzt werden könnte. Dass sich Leute im Bademantel am Jause Buffet verweilen finde ich unangebracht und eines Viersternehotels nicht würdig.

Wir waren 4 Tage zu Gast und können das Hotel sehr empfehlen. Alles war sehr sauber, das Essen ausgezeichnet, Wellnessbereich sehr gut, Zimmer sehr groß. Besonders möchten wir Dominik erwähnen, ein Kellner wie es man sich wünscht! Hätte ich ein Hotel würde ich sicher versuchen ihn abzuwerben. Stets aufmerksam und das Flair zu spüren was man sich als Gast wünscht, wirklich top !! Auch Flora ist ist zu erwähnen, stets da für alle Wünsche und hat uns auch bestens umsorgt. Wir wünschen dem Hotel weiterhin viel Erfolg das schlussendlich durch solches Personal überhaupt möglich ist. Liebe Grüße aus der Schweiz ( Familie mit Sellerie Allergie😄)
