The hotel is on the outskirts of Neuss, close to many office buildings. Great service from the staff.

Nice hotel with delicious breakfast buffet. Wonderful service. But the room that I stayed could be better. There were some low frequency noises in the sleeping room. Might be the radiator or elevator?

房間較大，挺乾淨，周邊也比較安靜。停車也還算不錯，邊上馬路邊都可以停，早飯人比較多，服務態度不錯，謝謝。

La struttura è nuova e ben curata. Il servizio del personale è gentile e professionale. La colazione è davvero ottima, c'è tanta scelta e tutto scelto con cura e estrema attenzione al cliente. Era la prima volta che soggiornavo in questa struttura e mi è stato regalata una sistemazione di benvenuto oltre le mie aspettative con una camera più grande rispetto la media, super spaziosa e provvista di ogni confort. Anche se leggermente lontano dall'aereoporto, la struttura è a una 15 di minuti dal centro di Burgplatz che consiglio di andare a visitare specialmente nel periodo di Natale con un piccolo mercatino tipico.
