Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

The hotel has a variety of attractions: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, pool tables, ping-pong tables, darts, bowling, karaoke hall, spa, sauna, fitness room, tennis and football courts, a console game room and the biggest water park in the area for which we will definitely come back. Also, a fairly spacious parking lot. The animation team launched daily challenges and prepared many surprises for us. Young, restless, empathetic and very nice. Many kisses, guys! (Tony, Boghi, Heyson, Nicky and co). The food was excellent, fresh and very diverse, also friendly with children (we put some on ourselves :P). The drinks are ok, the staff very kind and attentive. I especially enjoyed the fusion night (fine dinning) and the Italian one. Clean rooms. We will definitely come back in the summer for the aqua park!

For the good parts: Hotel is beautiful, modern, super clean. Rooms are spacious and accommodating and cleaned meticulously every day. Pools are massive! Food was good, lots of negatives on here…as with many all inclusive you do get sick of it towards the end of your holiday. I’m a fussy eater and managed to find something! Italian restaurant that you have to pre-book was amazing, we visited twice. The staff in there were really attentive and friendly, the wine they serve is good too! We also visited the fusion restaurant, the presentation of the food was beautiful but not really to our taste and limited options for our young daughter. We did find some of the staff very rude and not very friendly. We had an incident whereby we had booked the shuttle to Nessebar but the return back to the hotel didn’t show so we had to get a taxi back to the hotel. Upon return the gentleman on reception had a really bad attitude basically blaming us for missing the bus even though we had been at the pick up point 10mins prior to the bus arrival and for 20 mins after. No apology was given so we had to complain to the Tui rep. Bars - the cocktails from the drinks machines that they use are extremely sweet. If you order your own drink it’s sometimes hard to get the staff to understand what you want despite repeating yourself several times e.g asked for vodka with ice, got vodka coke and no ice. We also had issues with the self serve soft drinks machines that were dispensing flat drinks, when I raised this with a member of staff I was told that was just how the drinks were despite them been fizzy other days! This happened a few times during our stay. Water - we have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and always have the bottled drinking water replenished daily - in this hotel they only give you the first bottle! We didn’t really understand why this was and the Tui rep did say that it shouldn’t be a problem getting more bottled water from reception, however the same gentleman on reception said that he would only give 1 more bottle as an exception and practically threw the bottle at me! Entertainment - we found this to be diabolical. Bingo EVERY NIGHT…Bulgarian Voice singers and men dressed up in cow costumes dancing around the stage - not to our taste! Even the songs played by the entertainment team for the kids disco were the same every night, just seems like no effort is made. Hotel is good but we feel that the customer service and entertainment need improvement.

The entertainment was absolutely amazing hope to see them next year as we will be returning purely from the entertainment alone. Rooms are very clean. Very friendly purple shirt staff they made our trip. Also the waterpark is massive 🙋‍♂️

We stayed as a family of 3 with a 4 year old at the beginning of June. The hotel itself is clean and modern and the water park is amazing. Unfortunately that’s it for the positives. The staff were some of the unfriendliest and unhelpful out of anywhere we’ve been. The food was mediocre at best. It was the same food every day and there was no variety at all. We’re not fussy eaters and even we struggled by the end of the week to find something we wanted. Theres only one main restaurant and it was chaos at every meal time. There were too many people for tables and people constantly knocking food and drink out of others peoples hands without any room to walk around. We stayed for 7 nights and not a single member of staff smiled at us apart from the hotel cleaners. The waterpark is massive and perfect for younger kids as well as older, but the staff running the restaurant there were just as unfriendly as in the hotel. Compared to the service you get in Turkey/Egypt/Spain for the same price it was just so disappointing. Would definitely not return.

Had high hopes for this hotel but was a disappointment. The food is mediocre, there is a good choice but it isn't very nice at all. The salad bar and fruit section is good but the main meals are poor. Anyone who thinks this is good food seriously needs head testing. The hotel is good and clean but the aqua park is the best thing about this hotel. The staff don't seem to be very well trained. For instance they do not move out of way for guests, they expect you to move. Can't fault the maids/ cleaners. Always seem to be working. Most of the staff don't understand basic English unfortunately. They have a long way to go to be near the customer service of more established tourist locations like Greece and Spain. We went for 10 days and by 9th day we was happy to be leaving. Also god help anyone at breakfast/lunch/dinner because it's like feeding time at the zoo. More like a 3 star hotel.

Would give this hotel a 5 star plus, excellent hotel in every way, staff can't do enough for you and they are very efficient, hotel lovely and clean, accommodation really comfortable, food great lots to choose from. It doesn't matter if you are 4 or 84 in this hotel their is something for everyone and the bowling and games room is brilliant, never been to a hotel with a full size bowling alley table tennis and full size snooker tables, also is a wonderful water park with fantastic slides you really don't need to go out this hotel but if you do the taxi are on the door step also shuttle buses, they have thought of everything. If you want a fantastic family holiday you couldn't get better then this hotel.

Great for families, we’re on our last day today had a fantastic week, there’s a fantastic water park attached to the hotel that makes this place so good but most of all the entertainment team their fantastic with the kids games all day long family entertainment from morning until night , kids club , food cleaning all fantastic will definitely return ❤️🇹🇭 One of the best holidays we’ve had and we travel a lot thumbs up 👍

Loved this hotel, couldn’t fault it, food in the buffet was a bit repetitive but most hotels are the same on AI. Very Clean good facilities. I stay with my 11 year old son and 13 year old daughter. Negatives. Waterpark, my son was bang on 130cm. I measured at home before booking. The measurement boards that the waterpark use are not accurate. They are stuck on so my son was below 130cm. I complained to the manager of the water park who measured my son against an awful 130cm marked on a wall. Thus again was not accurate as it was on a slope. I requested a tape measure and stood my son inside his office on a flat wall which he measured 130cm. The manager agreed and spoke to the lifeguards and my son was allowed on most rides. We still had days where he was challenged which put him off going on his own with his friend which sort of spoiled the holiday as I had to keep going round (not that I minded but it would have been nice for him to gain some independence) the water park is very secure with security on both entrances. Cleaner. Our cleaner decide to burst into our room on the morning of check out, no knocking just two of them opened our door, my son was naked and my faint the shower and I just had a sports on as we were getting ready to check out. They both stood there looking and I had to slam the door shut. I complained to guest services who just said sorry, I said this is not okay and I wanted to know an outcome. I haven’t received an email as promised as yet. Apparently there room number lights up red or green, this was never explained to us and i didn’t know it was an option to change the colour of the room number as it i believe it was in green I’m told they can enter however you would expect them to knock. Overall we had a lovely holiday and I would recommend this hotel and I would revisit with my husband when he has holiday next time. Water park was amazing.

The hotel is Gorgeous and immaculate. Rooms very modern, clean and spacious. Air con was great. Big balcony. Perfect location as only 10min walk to Ravda beach and bus or taxi to nessebar. Pools are great and very clean but freezing. By the end of our holiday it did warm up a little which helped. Entertainment staff are The nicest of group of people. Honestly totally amazing, fun, outgoing and genuinely nice people. Food was warm enough to eat ne er hot. Plenty of choice, a bit repeated but ok. By the end of our holiday the pool side bars opened with snacks too. The Water park was the best we’ve ever been to. Really enjoyed it and great that it’s free to hotel guests. The food was great as well. There is a small softplay area, park area, arcades, bowling,pool and table tennis all available at extra cost. Just remember if you go outside of season (June to September) things are limited including waterpark slided, poolside bars and restaurants. Overall the hotel is really nice, food was ok, water park amazing
