We arrived at the end of September. Every day the cleaning ladies changed bed linen and gave clean towels. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Large selection. The staff was very smiling. Boys and girls at the pool bar very great. They should get raises! At the reception they allowed us to stay until the bus arrived for free, so it's a super plus for us!!! We rate the hotel and everyone working here highly. We will definitely come back here but in the peak of season.

Hotel standards do not meet 5* As someone mentioned pay more and go to Spain or Greece. Food cold and not good quality. Cocktails served from a dispenser never heard of this. Rooms tidy but dated. Waiting staff miserable. Overhaul disappointment.

Rooms: We had the junior suite which had a separate room for the kids. Was perfect. Had everything you need. No kettle etc but coffee machine in corridor. Fridge. Shower and bath. Kept lovely and clean by the daily cleaners. Food: Good variety. Lots of differing restaurants. No issues at all. Drinks: Wide variety of drinks. Staff: Most staff were very friendly. Some a little abrupt - mainly on the reception desk. The animation staff clearly work so very hard. Activities: Lots of activities for kids and adults. Very good. Pool: Lots of beds. They still get reserved early morning. Pool kept very clean. Large but still gets very busy. Good temperature too. Entertainment: Mini disco every night and then entertainment on the main stage which hosts all three hotels. This makes it very busy. Location: Can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Sunny beach about £15 from the hotel in taxi. We had a very lovely holiday here however, with the three hotels in the complex it was super busy and there was some issues with others coming to our pool and taking up the beds. Although I did see people coming round to tell them.

Been to Bulgaria many times, many hotels, this is hands down the best we ever experienced. Everything is better and in greater variety than any other place. Our first visit was June/July 2023, and we were blown away by the luxury and kindness of staff that we found here. This is a place you miss when you go home, and never stop thinking about. You need to go back! So of course we went back July 2024. There was a minor mess up with our rooms, but after one night in a big suite with only one bathroom, they quickly had us placed in what we ordered, a family room, which is actually two smaller rooms with inter connecting doors and the two bathrooms that we need, since we are two families traveling together. Once again we had the best time, and we will most definitely be back for more memories ❤ A piece of advice, pick a room with a sea/pool view and as high up as possible.

I was surprised by this hotel, the room is so big, they give you bed for every Child, clean, cleaning every Day, bathroom hai also shower and bathtub . The food is very very good. A good variety every Day, and very tasty, 2 kinds of fish each dinner and lunch, seafood every day wich is great, so much fruits, vegetables, al kinds of milks (vegetal, cold, hot, lactose Free). Fresh juice every morning, ice cream wrapped. Towel beach every day changed, waterslides for all Kids, sunbeds you can find almost all the Time, even în 10 în the morning, you don't have to wake up at 6, like other hotels. TEO "chicken" (Teodor Yakimova) the best employee!!!!!! - Minus 1. Beach bar does not exist and the beach is far from poolbar (stairs). 2. No toilet around beach. 3. Bottled water. When you travel with carton glass so much to the beach is hard to have water when you arrive to the beach. 4. Does not have free parking (15BGN per day, which is way too much).

We’ve just returned from a week at the palace and overall we had a great time! definitely a 3* in my opinion and experience at other 4* rated hotels but we enjoyed it and got the holiday at a great price. Pros- •Clean- the cleaning staff(especially around the pool, worked tirelessly) •Pool bar staff friendly and efficient •Evening entertainment was good, I’ve seen better and also seen worse! •Breakfast was good, lunch was great with so many takeaway options around the resort! •Self serve drinks are good for keeping the queues down. •Water and hot drink facilities on every floor is a great idea(remember to pack some water bottles) •The inflatable balls at night were great and the guys working them are very friendly. •The lady in the hotel shop was lovely and helped me practice my Bulgarian! •Water park is fun and lifeguards work hard. Cons- •Tea time meal was really repetitive and boring, Would have been nice to break it up with a visit to one of the a la cartes but we couldn’t get booked in. • Reception staff made quite a miserable welcome party! Doesn’t hurt to smile! Overall, I would have returned again but since hearing that the managements “solution” to the stray cats around the resort is to catch them, drive far away and dump them in the middle of nowhere…..I will not be returning. If the management would like to work with a charity to help care for and neuter the strays, I would be willing to return. “it takes nothing away from a human to be kind to an animal”

We have just returned from a week here and had a great time. Weather started off a bit dull and chilly at nights for first couple of days but soon warmed right up. Things started opening from 1st June like the beach bars and other restaurants but before this there was still plenty to do. Pools and slides are great. We found the food and staff to be great. Evening entertainment the kids enjoyed as did we. The room was very big with large double bed then separate room with twin beds for kids. Lots of storage. Only downfall was the all inclusive drinks. Cheap, weak pre mixed cocktails, the wine at beginning of week tasted much better than what they used later on. We are not big drinkers but on holiday I do like to enjoy some alcohol. This was a shame and has put me off returning. Otherwise we had a lovely time. Day trip to camel park was a hit with our boys 13 and 6. And a day in sunny beach for shopping. It rained hard for spells on this day. Indoor pool was very busy on the chillier days not great for adults. Hotel and grounds very clean and well kept. I would recommend if the drinks don't bother you.

The perfect hotel for me and my family - at the beginning and end of summer, and in high season when the kids are on holiday. A delicious meal with several types of fish. Excellent service with many attractions. I like the rooms with a sea view, but the ones without a view are great too, because they are a bit quieter.

Wow, what can I say, the hotel is one of the cleanest I’ve been too. Rooms were cleaned daily and well! Toilets in public areas always clean, regularly saw cleaning staff doing round cleaning. Food was standard food and not great but always something to eat even for fussy eaters. Spa was lovely, try a 4 handed massage it’s very different lol Animation team were brilliant…Petko and Sel were great with my 11yr old son when he did the sports, Elle from kids club was amazing with my 8 year old son and even encouraged him to join in with mini disco which is something he never does! Richo and Sunny were brilliant and I got on with them well, we were sad to leave the resort. In fact I loved it so much I’m going back in a week with my eldest daughter coz she couldn't go with us before due to exams and so missed out. Only downside is the mini disco and songs after the show are the same and tend to also be in same order so 2 weeks of that is annoying lol, but still joined in every time My kids loved the dance the animation team do daily and loved joining them on the bridge at 10am and 12.30pm to do the dance I’m sure the animation team got sick of us in the end lol but they really were amazing and made our holiday brilliant, we all will be back and 100% recommend the resort to everyone.
