Very good property. very friendly staff. good food. vast property with big rooms and very well maintained property. Been with my family including two small kids, was really enjoyed the stay of 2 nights. they can definitely add free pick up and drop from jetty.

This review is in context with our worst stay at your property at Neil Island. The team at Silver Sand made sure that we have the worst experience of our life with your hotels. The food at the gala dinner was pathetic with very limited options for vegetarian and you have charged the same amount of money for both veg and non veg menu. The manager does not understand and feels like has no power at all at the resort and he is just there placed to manage basic activities of the resort. At our dinner when we ordered drinks the bar tender has an audacity to send 3 staff members behind us to check whether we have got anything from outside or not and made them continuously stay around our table, the same when complained to the resort manager he dint even check with the bar tender for the same. With such experience i am highly disappointed and feel cheated.

Our stay at Dolphin Resorts, Havelock was truly memorable. The resort’s beautiful ambience, surrounded by lush greenery and a pristine beachside location, made it a serene getaway. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and offered stunning sea views. The service was outstanding, with special thanks to Miss Monalisha Dongi and Ribina for their warm hospitality and attentiveness—they made our experience even more delightful. The peaceful beach, breathtaking sunsets, and excellent service make Dolphin Resorts the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Havelock!

The candlelight dinner at Silver Sand Resort, Neil Island, is a wonderful experience. Set in by the beautiful garden, the atmosphere is calm and romantic with soft candlelight all around. The staff is friendly and makes sure everything is perfect. The food is delicious, especially for vegetarians, with fresh and well-prepared dishes that taste amazing. The presentation of the food adds a special touch, making it feel extra special. Though it’s not by the beach, the quiet setting makes the dinner cozy and memorable. It’s a great way to spend quality time with your loved one in a peaceful environment.

Nice resort with pretty gardens and huts, the beach and amenities are just okay, but the food is good. Just a heads up, checkout is super early at 9 AM, and they don't allow late checkouts. Additionally, it is merely 1.1 km from the jetty; however, the access road is quite poor. Auto, cab, and even scooter services charge an additional fee of up to ₹300 for a one-way trip to the hotel. Lastly, big shoutout to Miss Monalisha Dongi for the awesome service!

Fantastic service, great rooms, good food and a pleasant stay. Service By Ms Monalisa and Ms. Ribina was great. They assisted me a lot to celebrate my son's first birthday. My family loved it. The rooms were clean, Hot water available 24X7. The Acs were working fine. We were 35 people and all loved it. The hotel is very close to the beach. It has its own private beach. I will come back again.
