An EPIC family trip that will be a core memory forever. We were blessed to stay in the Firesky Reserve Villa that included butler service. Our butler Conrod spoiled us and anticipated every need with class. A gorgeous place with the best vibes!

Queen Boss was absolutely incredible with my son, Jaxon. She took him under her wing from the moment she met him and he loved every moment of scuba with her! 10/10 recommend!

I just wanted to take a minute and shout out the staff at BN they truly are 2nd to none and some have become like family through the years ❤️🇯🇲🫶 The staff is why we come back here year after year they really are amazing people and i hope everyone treats them with the respect and love they deserve!! Here's a few of our favorites...delly and nae nae have been long time favorites of ours, Rojaye is hands down my favorite bartender the last couple years and he makes the best pineapple mojitos, my son and Leon played soccer together and we just love him! Nico and kemar remember us every single trip and always stop to chat and see if we need anything, Selena in concierge is the absolute sweetest and I was so happy I caught her before I left, and shout out to my favorite omelet chef at the mill amani he pours love into every single one!! These people work so hard to make your trip amazing i just wanted to take the time to show them the appreciation they deserve one love!

This was our first time to this location. We have been to other Beaches and Sandals properties. It was an amazing trip. The hotel was beautiful, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an excellent stay. If there was anything negative, it would be the beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. Other than that we had a great time!

I went for a Birthday girls trip as this resorts offers double bed rooms, it was friendly and excellent service also the food was so good - everything was clean and I absolutely loved it. Plan your reservations in advance for tours and restaurants and enjoy 7 mile beach!

Was a great family experience for my son’s wedding. Majority of staff friendly and helpful. Shout out to Ta-Ta (?sp) for entertaining and including children of all ages. Tazalee was a great server at the restaurants. This was my 1st Jamaica trip— love the people and culture. Thank you for all warm welcome!

This was our first time staying at a Beaches and was for a family trip. My husband and I are childfree, so our prior experiences were at a Sandals resort. I was surprised the Beaches was overall more expensive than the Sandals. We had the same room category (Club) but overall was disappointed in both our room location and what was included for the price. We stayed in the 900 block of rooms which is directly next to the main lobby which you will hear any nightlife activities (including weddings) from 8 PM onward that sound like they are directly outside of your room. The other members of our party were in the 300-400 block rooms and did not hear anything. I was a little bummed that we all at the same Club level but we were the only party that was on the other side of the resort. Not too much of a problem since we stayed on the beach for most of the day but when it came to the noise it was annoying. The beach itself is fantastic and there are plenty of chairs and shade available. Our party ended up on the beach directly in front of the kids waterpark and was surprised that you didn't really notice the noise or kids running around. The restaurants were all 'good' but nothing that really stood out to me as something to try again. Both the kids and adults loved Yoyo's for anytime dessert! Overall the experience was good, if we were not going for the family aspect, we would not come back to Beaches. You get more for your dollar and a better dining experience at Sandals.

We went with 36 Friends and Family members. Everything went smoothly and the weather was great. The Food was amazing and Shows were great. We booked again for 2027 and recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation mixed with some adventures.parasailing, snorkeling, glass bottom boats and even a red stripe in the ocean while it rains.
