The lobby has a stench of animal faeces. The breakfast is basic. The room is clean and staff is helpful.

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean. However, there is no elevator, so it is difficult if you have large or heavy luggage.

I stayed here because the price per night was cheap, but I honestly don't recommend it. The water gets clogged when you take a shower. It's in front of the pyramids and has good access, but I get annoyed because I'm often approached by beggars and scammers.

The pyramid looks really good. It's very clean. All hot spots are just a few steps away. The staff are also friendly. I recommend it!

The staff are very helpful. I was happy with the welcoming atmosphere🙏 Thank you to Ahmed and the guy with the broken arm (I didn't know his name) for being so friendly😊 The room is spacious and clean. The shower room doesn't drain well, and the toilet is hard to flush unless you flush it several times. Everything else is perfect!

Those reviews are paid. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed with all my modest income and demands ever. Rooms are small and furniture is junk, minimal, without any wardrobe to hang clothes in. Safe didn't work. My room with "a better view" didn't really have a view from the room. No elevator! 4 floors with high steps! They can put an senior lady without even asking on a 3rd fl. Do you think with the "breakfast included" you will come and have a breakfast ready, even a continental? Forget it. You will be alone on that burning sunny roof waiting for a few things they eventually bring you. Staff is a dosen of unqualified men with only 2 of themselves speaking some English. Yes, the pyramids are close by, can go in by foot, and a decent hotel with an elevator to a nice restaurant. But you need to know about it,... The tour I was overcharged for wasn't even arranged ahead....

The In. Is a great place to stay, very good value for the price. The view from the rooftop dinning area is incredible! You are less than a minute walk from the gates to purchase tickets and enter the Pyramid plaza. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Alibaba! Breakfast is included and is a generous and delicious selection of traditional Egyptian food including fresh made falafel! Each morning I was greeted with Alibaba’s brilliant smile and a happy song! He is also very helpful with information and suggestions for things to do. I was made to feel very safe and supported and welcomed as a family meme er. Thank you!

The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly Breakfast was fab the staff could not do enough to please They took lots of pictures of us with the pyramids in the back ground Room was small but clean and the TV had BBC news Perfect location as straight into Pyramids which were less than 50 metres away

The experience in the hotel has been amazing!! We received an incredible service from everyone but specially from Manna who has been a star in everything. He gave us an upgrade, we had amazing views on the first line just in front of the pyramids, with a balcony and the room was big and clean. We had problems with our tour booked with another agency and he resolved everything from his amazing agency and we enjoyed the day around the best places in Cairo historical areas. We received the best service and we will be forever grateful. We fully recommend this experience. The price of the room with breakfast included, the views and the tour were great. I had a room with pyramids view which made my frist night in Egypt so special. The facility is brand new and I felt very comfortable and relax. There is pyramids view from the rooftop where you can also watch pyramid light show.

Such a sweet quiet place so close to pyramids and yet quiet! We had Khosary for dinner at the Inn tonight and it was delicious! Ali Baba the erver is the best waiter in all of Cairo! It is a hidden gem.
