The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were great, especially TUI rep, Norea who was unbelievably helpful. However, I am vegetarian and the choice of food was very limited, so it was pasta and salad most nights. My favourite meal on holiday is breakfast: dark bread toasted, slice of cheese with either an omelette or a fried egg and a large fresh tomato. Only tomatoes available were tiny cherry tomatoes. No mushrooms either. Only cold boiled or scrambled eggs available every day. Not a fan of scrambled eggs! Asked the restaurant manager for either an omelette or a fried egg - 'not possible'! However, I could PAY EXTRA for a fried egg (we were all inclusive). Ridiculous, I've been able to have fried eggs at breakfast in every hotel that I've visited around the world. How much would one fried egg cost? €7 or €8 for a larger egg. I could buy 3 dozen large free range eggs at home for that!! Apart from that, and the arrogance of the restaurant manager, we had a lovely time, but I cannot recommend the hotel.

This hotel is as pretty in reality as it looks in photos- staff were all so friendly and helpful- breakfast was lovely, lots of choice but if you're looking for a full English then don't stay here as it's lots of lovely Greek choices 😊 the rooms were so clean and well supplied with air conditioning and a fridge. The pool was a lovely end to the day on the beach and the bar was very welcome. Supermarket, beach, restaurants and the town are all within 10 to 15 mins walk . Will definitely return!

nice hotel, very nice staff, small but clean rooms, nice surroundings in the hotel, well-kept, delicious breakfast, 5 minutes to the beach where there are many restaurants, 5 minutes to the store, parking included in the price, the only minus for me but it's a subjective feeling is too cold water in the pool, I recommend it

A very comfortable hotel with lovely, friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean, a great breakfast and a very handy location. Lovely pool bar. Adjacent to a very nice beach and close to the town without being too close. The hotel’s biggest asset: undoubtedly the staff. We hope to return to Naxos soon, as it is such a relaxing location and we will definitely stay at the Naxos Beach Hotel again, without any doubt.

Hotel room was nice, however showers were very small. Additionally be wary as the pool turns your swim costumes green and yellow! Me and my partner spoke to the hotel about this and only got a condescending email back saying we didn’t take of our stuff and that the discolouration was our fault! They even included articles on what we should do better?!? Refused to help of give compensation as that stated that they had done no wrong. So despite nice stay would not stay here again as ruined 2 swim costumes and a pair of swim shorts

Had a great stay at Naxos Beach, very close to the beach and a short walk into town. The staff were very friendly and helpful, when our ferry was delayed and we arrived at 1am someone was waiting for us and brought us straight to our room, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We didn’t use the pool a lot as preferred the beach but it seemed clean and quiet

I was happy and contented in my room. Clean. Fridge, tv, air con, safety box and a lovely breakfast included in the price. Located close to the beach in a quiet area. Perfect. Family/staff very friendly and welcoming.

This hotel is my favorite. A perfect home base for extended traveling. Remote and quiet, great breakfast, clear pool. Walking distance to remote beach and bus trip away from town, shopping, restaurants.

I love this place! Very nice staff, very tasty breakfast. The hotel really has a personality and is a cozy place really quiet and close to the beach 🏝. Clean as well 👍🏻. The pool is well situated, clean and not overcrowded. This is a good place for both couples and families
