Cosy and private onsen retreat. Place is very clean and the meals were good. Staff members were very polite and accommodating. Will definitely revisit. Thumbs up!

The dinner banquet was gorgeous and delicious. The sashimi in particular was extremely fresh. There was a wide variety of yukatas to choose from, so I had fun choosing one with my friends.

純日式私湯，進酒店先脱鞋。伴着山谷溪水泡似湯感覺很好，衹是特別提醒衹提供早餐和晚餐（日式傳統的標配）中餐需自備，距火車站30到40分鐘車程。至於晚餐的懷食料理不能有太高期待。

最大的特色是入住需要乘坐單軌小電車，酒店很新房間很大很舒服，每個房間陽台都有私湯。晚餐整體還可以蒸和牛很有特色就是量少了點，小餐廳晚上6點會提供小包子，晚上十點會提供拉麪，還有早上會有養樂多、牛奶、乳酸菌，還有24小時提供小冰棍。休閑區有按摩椅有茶和咖啡。缺點就是私湯應該是循環水，而且酒店沒有户外區域可以逛，辦理入住和退房可能都需要排隊等候小電車。

要搭專屬的纜車才能到飯店，相當特別，如果是看楓葉的季節相當推薦這家！ 只是最好是早點到，我們六點到達，就很趕著吃飯

環境優雅，乾淨

那須蓮月酒店環境及質素不錯，但泊車收費及處理不合理。 本人入住當日下午五時半到達酒店，當時天已全黑，落雨中及整個山頭是沒有燈，向服務員查詢泊車位置時，服務員只遞上一張QR code及幾幅簡單圖示，叫我們自行揸車到3分鐘酒店指定泊車地方，再坐酒店穿梭巴士回酒店。 本人詢問可否服務員一齊跟車泊車，因整個山頭實在太黑又不熟習地方及下雨，服務員回覆不可以。另外本人詢問酒店門口有3個泊車位為何不能泊車？服務員表示在這裏泊車要付每晚泊車費5500日圓才可使用。 本人最後因安全理由選擇付5500日元泊車，但酒店這安排令我真的有點氣憤。

おもてなしもお宿も最高でした！ お部屋に付いている露天風呂はいつでも温かい温泉を楽しむ事ができます。 お夕食のとちぎ牛が最高に美味しかったです。 ごはん前や夕食後の肉まん、夜鳴きラーメンは小腹に丁度よくとても美味しかったです！ お風呂上がりの牛乳やアイスも最高！ また行きたいお宿です。

這間酒店的位置實在是無可挑剔，房間格局裝置很精緻、貼心。 床柔軟度適中易入眠且舒服，前台也很好，員工服務態度也好。

Since it was snowy season, I took a shuttle bus (reservation required) from the station and headed to the hotel. It was quite a distance to the inn. Once you arrive, you will be taken off by a special slope car. First of all, this increases the excitement about the accommodation. The inside of the hotel was clean and the room was also clean. I was able to take a natural hot spring bath in my room, so I just went to the large communal bath to wash my body and then I was able to enjoy the hot spring in my room, which was really nice. One thing to note? The only thing you need is cell phone reception, so you can only use the phone on the slope car or the hotel phone. There is Wi-Fi, so you won't have any problems other than making calls. I would like to visit you again.

My husband and I, along with our two infants, stayed in a deluxe twin room at a hot spring inn with natural hot springs in all rooms, operated by Kyoritsu Resorts, which operates business hotels such as Dormy Inn. My impression after staying here was that it was more like a hotel with a hot spring than a hot spring inn. There were many things that bothered me, such as the design of the guest rooms and the atmosphere inside the hotel, especially the fresh flowers that were all artificial and the food that was mostly cooked in the central kitchen (I apologize if I'm wrong). However, if you don't worry about that, I think you'll be very satisfied. All rooms come with natural hot springs, so the cost performance is very high, and the inside of the hotel is clean and neat, so I felt safe. The service drinks were extremely comprehensive, with 500ml plastic bottles (3 bottles of tea and 6 bottles of water) and 2 bottles of 350ml canned beer in the guest room refrigerator, and small bottles of beer and bottled oolong tea were provided at dinner time. It's amazing. The building is located below the valley, so you will need to take a private slope car to get there. It was great for small children as it can be enjoyed as an activity.

Breakfast and dinner are included, and the room comes with an open-air hot spring bath, so you can take a dip in the hot spring whenever you want. Dinner and breakfast have a wide variety of items and are very satisfying. You can wear your own samue and yukata in the hotel, so you don't have to worry about changing clothes, so you can have a comfortable holiday. I got it

食事の内容。期待したほどの内容ではありません。夕食　朝食　どちらも普通の旅館の内容でした。　それ以外は全て満点です。お風呂　部屋　静けさ　どれをとっても良いです。　ただし食事はいただけませんね。改善の余地大いにあり.．決して安くはないホテルですからね。
