Sonder the Hideaway

This facility was fantastic. The units are extremely spacious. We had a very large party with us, 30 people staying in several units was very convenient for all of us. However, I was highly disappointed that ice was not removed from the walkways to the units. I contacted Sonder Customer Service as soon as we arrived, notified them that we had elderly guests ages 75 and 93 and requested for ice to be removed to reduce the possibility of slip & fall. This was never done and was a hazard during our entire stay. I would hope that Sonder would consider this customer service feedback. Despite the weather conditions, I would recommend this Sonder property and will definitely use Sonder in the future.

They area was great with plenty of restaurants and nightlife. My business associates and I have stayed there several times. We loved the layout of the place with four bedrooms and showers in the rooms. Big kitchen one first floor is huge.

Plenty of living space for 5 people in the 3-bedroom apartment. Clean place, comfy beds. Balcony was nice to have. Good location near restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and pharmacies. 15 minute drive downtown, nearby bus route directly to downtown. Kitchen essentials as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

We visited this property with 5 adults, the rooms are quite small and have no drawer space in the rooms we had to leave all of our non hangable clothes in the suitcases in the hall as no wear to put them in small room. They did provide extra hangers but you can’t hang up socks, under ware and my wife’s other bits and pieces., I spent everyday of my holiday trying to get answers but nothing was forthcoming. It really did waste our holiday having to climb over suitcases and dig out what we needed. I contacted Sonder and was advised if I was to purchase drawers they would refund me. They then went back on that promise after went to Walmart spent my holiday money. and even although I PRODUCED THE PROOF on live chat a photo of my conversation. They said there was no photo or mention of drawer space in their literature or website. This is a basic piece of furniture in any hotel or rental. We also checked with them before travel again on live chat how many bathrooms there was, we were told three but only two in apartment. They did reimburse some money back for that mistake but I would not have booked if they had told me the truth on live chat. They seem to tell you anything on live chat without checking procedures or facts

The place was spacious for a 6 ladies on a girls trip. Good location and walking distance to bars and restaurants and a short Uber drive to downtown. Reasonably priced. Love that we didn’t have to pull linens, toss trash or do a gazillion things like the usual Airbnb stays. Would definitely consider staying and booking with Sonder Properties again!!!

Seemed almost too good to be true! Reasonably priced, great accommodations, great location. My family was shocked at how nice it was. Our unit was well insulated from any outside noise despite the busy area. Check in and check out were a breeze.

After a slight hiccup with our originally booked Sonder, which was solved quickly we spent the rest of our week in Nashville at the gorgeous, and quite spacious Sonder Hideaway. Just a short Uber ride from pretty much everywhere, it was a lovely place to relax. The roof top balcony was great! Comfortable beds and it was great to have amenities to cook some of our own meals. Will definitely use Sonder when we travel again. No complaints here!

Huge place, on four floors. Two bedrooms on the second floor, two on the third floor, and the balcony on the fourth. We were only there for one night, but the beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the balcony. We LOVED the neighborhood- it's the funkier side of Nashville, with lots of taco places around and a young, hip vibe.

The townhouse was amazing, loved the 3 story open Floorplan..all of the rooms and bathrooms were large and comfy. The location was perfect. Easy access to all kinds of nightlife and food. Plenty of fun things to do within walking distance.
