Hotel is very nice clean and friendly staff. Location not very convenient but the free shuttle service for a 3 mile radius is helpful. I would recommend this hotel best for business people not anyone looking to party downtown.

酒店硬件設施還行，但是服務肯定是極差極差極差的，我明明是在攜程旅行網上面預付款訂了5個晚上的房間，將近4000元人民幣一晚的包早餐的，但是等我入住的時候酒店跟我説，我的房間沒有含早餐的，我得自己付錢吃早餐的，我後來跟攜程客服反映後，一直沒有積極的反饋，到現在還在扯皮中！還有，這個酒店如果不在攜程旅行網上訂房間，你直接在美國打電話給酒店預訂或者用美國本地的app預訂，價格比攜程預訂可以便宜大約30%，還不用預付全額款項的，搞的我非常鬱悶！看來攜程旅行網殺熟斬客確實有一手的！無語🙄️

酒店位置不錯

Centrally located in music row. Walking distance to a lot restaurants and live music. Parking is included no need to buy parking add on option. There is a Ruth Chris restaurant in the lobby area.

Staff was amazing. The bar was great. Comfortable rooms with great amenities Close to great restaurants and easy access to broadway. We had a great time

I waited to get a microwave brought to my room which I’m thinking is ridiculous. The room had no actual ridge for free use when that should be basis. Even the choice for tv watch was ridiculous. I was expecting better and won’t go back.

We had a very minor issue at the hotel but was of no fault of the hotel. When we mentioned it to the hotel at check out they were very apologetic and did what they could to make it right. It was not expected but very much appreciated. We only stayed one night after flying into Nashville and I wanted to rebook for the night before our flight out but it was too late to cancel our other hotel reservation.
