A very friendly and comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Family run and obviously well looked after. Very clean and just a few minutes from the old town. Large bathroom . Helpful in revising our booking caused by a train strike and in booking a taxi for an early start. Not plush but a very good choice.

Extremely well located. Very helpful host, and a spacious room which was simple but absolutely clean and comfortable. The sheets on the bed were shiny white and spotless! There was air-conditioning, which was a boon as it is still warm in October. There was a notice in the room that it was scheduled for renovation, but I was pretty comfortable as is. There was no tea/coffee maker in the room which is surprising these days. Presumably it will be provided as part of the renovation. The only disappointment was breakfast- just a piece of baguette with butter and jam (not even a croissant) and some yogurt and coffee. No fruit, no cheese, no pastries. At 9 Euros that left me unhappy. My advice is to skip their breakfast and head for Les Halles ( 2 minutes away) where wonderful things are on offer. Rated them 5/5 as the negatives are minor and I had a good stay overall.

We made our reservations and called the hotel to confirm. Vincent answered the phone, had very good English, which helped, and he was Awesome. He gave us personal attention, great restaurant & winery recommendations and was an all around true pleasure to meet, as was Claire, who attended the front desk when Vincent was not there.

We arrived by car from Perpignan, and easily found free parking in the streets behind/around the hotel, though there are paid lots in the vicinity as well. The location is perfect -it's across the road from the covered market, and a 10 min walk to the medieval centre. Vincent had sent us detailed instructions how to get there and access the rooms if we came outside regular hours (reception is not manned 24 hrs). The rooms are basic but spacious, with air-conditioning and quiet at night. There's no elevator (its an old building), but the owner Vincent helped with some of our luggage up the staircase. Vincent is a delightful host - friendly, fluent in English and very helpful with ideas of what to see/do and where to eat ! He's very proud of Narbonne, and it shows. His wife, who we met next morning is also very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended choice for Narbonne, we spent 2 nights here.

Un hôtel à taille humaine avec un accueil extrêmement sympathique et chaleureux . Situé en plein centre de Narbonne Literie très bonne . Propreté impeccable . Petit déjeuner excellent avec des produits locaux de très bonne qualité . Il m’a manqué juste du salé . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Un hotel con mucho encanto . Dispone de un pequeño patio interior encantador. Dicho hotel, no es grande, pero es muy coqueto. Tiene muchos detalles acogedores. La dueña Corinne, excepcional. Te ayuda en todo, hace sentirte como en casa es muy servicial, encantadora, habla español. Habitación recién reformada. Me llevó la maleta hasta la habitación. Todo muy limpio. Situación muy buena, está muy céntrico, en los canales. Lo recomiendo 100% Sin duda alguna, volveré.

Un petit hôtel sympa mais surtout bien situé au cœur de Narbonne. Bien pratique pour profiter à pied. Corinne est très accueillante, propose des produits locaux. Petit déjeuner correct avec de délicieuses confitures. Certaines proviennent d'un ESAT (réalisé par des personnes en situation de handicap), bravo pour cette attention. Je recommande cet hôtel et nous y reviendrons Merci Corinne ainsi qu'à votre équipe.
