I had a bad experience with this motel and checked out early, they refused me a refund for the two nights I could not stay there. On advice I took the matter up with the SA Dept of Consumer Affairs (or something) After many months I was contacted by a lady from the Department who promised to take the matter up with the Motel. Shortly after she called back to advise that the Management had refuted my claims and that my only option was to take private legal actionj - which I am tempted to do. In their interview it was apparent the Motel Management had told lies. For example saying I had left a "Do Not Distuirb" sign on the door - I certainly had not!! But in any event it does not excuse the poor state of the room , the lack of reliable TV and electrical appliances and the surly attitude I encountered. AS I said in my previous review, if this is the only MOtel left with a room - just drive on---
